Excellent Property Management Service

I am very happy with the property management service provided by Dexter and I would like to give a special shout out to the Senior Property Manager, Petros Giorganios. There was an appliance broken in my apartment and needed repair service. Throughout the process, Petros followed up my case closely, give me clear instructions and options on what I could do/choose to get repair done. He would give me phone calls to clarify and explain the situation, like how I should arrange parking space in my property estate and make sure I got it right. During the phone call, he is very polite and explain things to me patiently.

My self and my husband had made the decision to value our property by 3/4 local estate agents. By far Dexter’s was the best so professional and I knew at that stage I wanted to instruct with them. George at the Hendon branch and Isabell were the two individuals we had the pleasure of dealing with. As much as I didn’t enjoy the process of selling and buying they could not have done any more to be supportive and professional. We have been with Dextors for a few years since they took over Douglas Martin's and to be honest, initially it was very difficult as there didn't appear to be clear lines of communication, with various names being involved.However more recently, Monika has been front and centre for all of our enquiries, complaints and coounication in general and things have improved greatly.I look forward to hopefully giving 5 stars this time next year.

I would wholly recommend using Dexters. George who manages the team was extremely helpful and professional from start to finish. Once the sale was agreed Blair handled our sale brilliantly. He was professional, and committed at all times and made the whole process as easy as possible. Communication was great. First tenancy experience

First of all I have no previous experience to compare with but I as per my opinion Dexters really tries to provide good service. There are minuses and pluses, but in general I have a good opinion about this company.I was checking in my apartment but it was not clean at all. Dexters could manage cleaning service of the carpets on the 24 of Dec right before Christmas.But after check in I have been receiving a good assistance from Property Management as well as Maintenance teams.Many thanks to Jada Palmer for her willingness to help, address the issues and quick communication with the owner of apartment.

I have worked with Donalina Gargrupe, who has been an excellent property manager. I really like the fact that she has always consulted me quickly about any problems that arise in a calm and professional manner, as well as making sure I get reasonably priced quotes for work that needs doing. Absolutely useless team of managing…

Absolutely useless team of managing agents. Always take forever to reply to your emails/calls. Constantly making out everything is our fault. We had a 20 year old bath in our flat, a small crack appeared and when we reported it, they said we were liable to buy a new one. Thankfully I know my rights and this constitutes ‘fair wear and tear’. However, they dug their heels in and it took over a month for them to replace it, at one point they suggested we go 50/50.

Going though a sell with some emotion after a bereavement and cannot express more highly that this estate agent has been professional and supportive as well as proactive and informative. Unfortunately through two bereavements within 24 hours we are using the services of a variety of agents and I can say the difference is incredible. All staff at Delaney’s that we have engaged with have been on the ball and dedicated, guiding us through and really making us feel informed and supported. It’s a rarity nowadays so really needs to be applauded. Well done Delaney’s, you’ve definitely got your staffing and ethos spot on.
