Simon and Miller were amazing throughout our time buying our first home. Not only were they patient and understanding when it came to explaining the process to us, but they were always easy to get in touch with and the various members of the team were always happy to help us. A special thanks must go to our estate agent Mollie who was exceptional. During at what was, at times, a stressful and frustrating process, Mollie went above and beyond on several occasions to process our sale for us and always had our best interests in mind. I would recommend Simon and Miller to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. This was an emotional move for many reasons a fresh start for me and my children and most importantly for my eldest son who was in hospital at the time for 6 months. I had to sell my house immediately to be able to secure and reserve my new home. Wasim filled me with confidence was extremely professional and genuinely caring about my circumstances, I sold my home without it being fully advertised in a week had viewings immediately and was therefore able to buy my house.
