I have just purchased my first buy to let property in Headcorn. Amanda knew what I was looking for and the first property she recommended was ideal. I was kept fully informed throughout the process and relied on her expertise when my solicitors proved a little tardy. The office are going to handle the lettings and have viewings lined up for the day after completion!Can't praise their professionalism and helpfulness enough and would definitely recommend

It did take some time to achieve our sale but Richard who was our primary contact along with his team perservered keeping us informed at every step, with feed back and advice as to how we could progress to achieve the sale. We would definitely recommend Simon Miller. A particularly difficult year to be on the housing market but that hasn’t stopped the staff doing their utmost to help us on our journey. Particular thanks must go to Paige and Jeremy. I can’t count the number of times we emailed or phoned Paige to get an update or ask a question and she was always polite and attentive.

Fantastic experience with Andrew & all Simon Miller staff that I dealt with. Professional, Polite & prompt. Always prepared to go that bit further, which makes a huge difference when selling a property. All stressful situations were avoided thanks to there outstanding work ethic, can not recommend them highly enough. Great team.
