All the staff at Simon Miller were incredibly helpful and well informed about their business . At times they went over and beyond their own responsibility's to ensure a swift purchase, especially when we had issues with a stalling solicitor. Next time we sell/buy a house we will defiantly use them.

Simon Miller were always responsive, helped to chase other parties, and keep our buyer happy even during complications in the process. We had a buyer agreed within a week of our property going on the market. We had lots of problems with our bank, but Richard Long at Simon Miller regularly updated me every week and was always on hand to help where appropriate. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again for transactions in the Kent area.

From the first valuation through to completion, the service we received from Dan and all the staff at Simon Miller was first class. We were kept informed and updated every step of the way in what turned out to be a very long process!!! We dealt with several other estate agents along the way as part of our chain and the service they provided didn’t even come close to that of Simon Miller. I will not hesitate to recommend them to anyone wanting to selltheir home.

FacebookThis property was in a disgusting state when my daughter moved here. She spent money having it decorated and carpeted amongst other things to make it decent to live in but the back door was rotten and not worth having as it could have been smashed through easily, broken window catches, holes all round the eaves with birds nesting in the roof and many other things. I personally reported a broken fence to Simon Miller last January which was never mended by the time my daughter left in September and the promised handrail on the stairs was never installed after my daughter fell down the stairs and I was paying for physio for her. If I don’t see the deposit returned I will personally be suing Simon Miller and the landlord for my expenses for this physio and I would highly recommend you avoid dealing with Simon Miller or renting this property at all costs. When I moved to Kent I deliberately avoided using Simon Miller as from personal experience myself trying to help my daughter they are awful. The agent kept trying to say the landlord had provided all the carpets etc and now has the audacity to try to make her pay for the carpets to be cleaned and flea treated and is disputing returning her deposit-what a cheek!! Disgusting service!!!

We purchased our new home with Simon Miller, Bearsted just under two months ago. The service we received from Shirley at the Bearsted office was exceptional. From start to finish, when we walked into the office to ask to book a viewing for the house to when we picked up our keys, we couldn't have asked for more. She even had a 'congratulations on your new home' card waiting for us, which we thought was such a lovely touch. During the process, Shirley rang us to keep us updated on progress as and when necessary, explained what would happen on completion day, and was always there to answer questions when we needed. I don't plan on moving house again, but if I ever did, I wouldn't hesitate to use Simon Miller next time for my sale as well.

Cannot fault the service provided by Simon at the Simon&Miller Larkfield branch. He was extremely helpful and efficient in all his dealings with us and chased up solicitors tirelessly near the end of the process when they seemed to be dragging their heels. He was honest and didn't attempt to pull the wool over our eyes or push us into the sale. Considering it was our first time buying, we couldn't have asked for a better experience from an agent and Simon was a big part of this.

Its been quite a long slog selling & buying our new home for various reasons but we have been looked after by Simon Miller Larkfield - particularly Simon & Dan, right from the start and wouldn’t hesitate at all to reccomend their services to anyone looking to move. They were always polite, friendly & professional, always helped when we needed it & were always there to advise us on various things during the whole process. Simon contacted us with efficient weekly updates without fail once our sale & purchase were underway and always arrived on time for viewing appointments etc. We’ve dealt with a few other estate agents when looking at which houses to buy and without a doubt Simon Miller’s services outshone all of them. Thankyou guys, and we cant wait to get settled in our new home.

The solicitors that our sellers used were so bad we are going to wright a bad review. We felt useless and frustrated. I don’t know what we would have done without Jeremy’s help.Always there at the end of the phone to help us and guide us.We would still be waiting to exchange if it was not for all his hard work. Simon Miller were not my selling agents, they were they agents that I was buying through. The purchase chain was complicated and exasperating for months and particularly in the final two weeks. Simon and Dan did everything that they could to push the chain to completion. They were being hassled sometimes hourly towards the end by various people and yet remained professional, polite and pleasant throughout. They pushed hard on behalf of their own vendor but they were brilliant at assisting the whole process and that included keeping me up to date. I would choose them as my agents next time if I can ever face the whole process again!

Asked for a valuation only, was straight up at the time, informing them Im in no position to move. They then constantly harass you with calls & post, + feedback questionnaires. They have lost a potential future customer with the antiquated tactics. AVOID at all costs !
It is never our intention to harass customers with phone calls or letters. As a company we pride ourselves on being proactive and will seek to follow up after appointments are carried out. Perhaps you could contact the manager of the office which undertook the appointment and discuss your concerns with them in person. This way we can also ensure your details are removed from our database .

The timeframe in which an average sale takes has extended significantly owing to the pandemic. Solicitors and Mortgage lenders are stretched often at capacity which inevitably has a knock on effect. We had a particularly tricky chain with one party causing a lot of problems - the agent we were dealing with stayed on top of the issues the whole time chasing the relevant parties and providing updates when promised. I would highly recommend Simon Miller, especially the Larkfield branch.
Unfortunately some chains can be particularly challenging and complex. Thankfully it seems that you were kept well informed by the Larkfield team and I am grateful to you for taking the time to recognise their efforts. I trust all was resolved and you are happy in your new home.

If it wasn't for Amanda and Jeremy at the Headcorn office of Simon Miller, I really think I would have gone insane, coping with an extremely protracted house sale over five months. Their combination of professionalism, kindness and friendliness was constant and unwavering. The service I received, made me feel as though they were my agents even though I was purchasing through them. I was always able to get either on the phone - never ringing more than three times before being answered. Amanda and Jeremy, thank you from the bottom of my heart.
