Although the eventuality didn't go according to plan due to Covid, virtual meetings and slow processes from the solicitors and mortgage companies; he help keep me in straight and narrow. Excellent service from start to finish.- Background: Selling my late mothers house in Snodland and I did not live locally.- Met with 4 different estate Agents. Andrew McGinty was smart professional and well prepared. He had details of all sales in the area, including direct Comparisons, had specific statistics and data for Simon Miller & Co and answered all my questions. I was also particularly impressed with their online portal, which despite my distance from the house meant I could monitor every aspect of the sale from marketing, and online searches through to viewings, offers and ultimately sale progress. - Simon Miller arranged Photos and EPC, promptly and professionally carried out to a high standard.- Simon Miller & Co arranged viewings at weekends, because of my distance from the house and carried out the viewings. We averaged 7 viewings over the first 2 weeks and received Offers by week 3. The Sales staff were all excellent and in addition to Andrew, I would complement, Mollie Dodd, Dan Osborne, and Hayley Champion.- After the sale had been agreed I was dealt with by Joanne Pitcher, who kept the progress of the sale moving with solicitors and updated the portal, so I could monitor Progress. In summary, many estate Agents receive bad publicity, but I can honestly say my dealings with all members of the staff of Simon Miller & Co were excellent and not only did they earn their money, but I would be happy to recommend them.

Buying or selling a property is just stress and we have done this more times than I care to remember, however Jeremy B and the Bearsted team were fantastic and probably one of the best Estate Agents we have worked with. They worked really hard to help us sell my Mother's house, they priced it absolutely right and got us lots of interest. We found Jeremy to be honest and calm throughout, nothing was too much trouble for him or his team. The mistake was that we didn't use our preferred Solicitor but were advised to use a company through their recommended legal partners who turned out to be everyone's worst nightmare, even SM&Co were appologetic for the referral as they too felt let down by the Solicitor firm. To their absolute credit they went the extra mile to put things right and kept our buyers onside (who also reviewed the company in March!). The buyer's solicitor was not without fault mind you! Eventually the sale went through and everyone was left happy!

From the very start to finish the service and professionalism of Dan Osborne and all the team at the Larkfield office has been exemplary. They all dealt with my elderly parents in a pandemic with care & consideration. Molly & Kelly did most of the show rounds and followed the Covid rules to the letter. It was certainly the fastest and smoothest house sale under such difficult circumstances and they were a joy to work with. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them wholeheartedly. From the initial home visit with Simon, to the multiple viewings with Paige, emails with Gemma and progression with Richard I have received nothing but a 5-star service. Everybody I have encountered at Simon Miller & Co have been professional in their approach, friendly to talk to and informed in their advice given. They have always followed government covid rules during the pandemic and put me first at all stages of the sale and purchase. This includes Paige being available out of hours and over weekends to help me attend viewings around my busy schedule.Obviously the most important things to consider when selling and buying a property are; clear and concise communication, professional customer service and honesty with delays and difficulties encountered, all of which Simon Miller & Co were exceptional in delivering.I would highly recommend using their young, dynamic and energetic team for the purchase and sale of any property.

Excellent service from Wasim at the Maidstone branch and team with selling my 2 houses. Also an amazing and outstanding service from Shirley who is the after sales negotiator who worked endlessly to chase and nudge the solicitors and buyers to completion and provide regular updates.Usually once an agent has sold your property you hear very little after from them but this was not the case with Simon Miller who remained involved right up to completion. This service is very important in a world of mass factory conveyancing where there is no recourse for delays or mistakes made by your buyers solicitors

EXCELLENT SERVICE!Earlier this year we decided we are ready for our next step. We wanted to sell our flat and buy a cottage in a great area with a fantastic garden. We were worried we wouldn't find what we wanted and how long and difficult the process could be. I was strongly recommended to use the Simon Miller branch in Larkfield by a number of different friends. I contacted Andrew McGinty the branch manager who came and visited us. He was very personable and like-able and took a keen detailed interest into what we were looking for. Our flat went on the market and within 6 days it was sold!!!We found a property with another estate agents and their service was no where near what we became accustomed to from Andrew. This property though wasn't ticking all the boxes for us.We were losing hope in finding what we were looking for. Then Andrew and Tony (West Malling Branch Manager) called us to say they have visited a cottage which fits exactly what we are looking for. We viewed the cottage before it went on the market and it was perfect! We agreed to buy it without it being put on the market. We are over the moon!!! Andrew and Tony both really cared about what we wanted and went that extra mile to ensure we got it. Having been in communications with other estate agents I would never use anyone other than Simon Miller again! DEFINITELY call Andrew McGinty at Larkfield branch and moving home really will be the excitement it should be!!! 10/10!!!

Great service from all at Simon Miller (Larkfield) Andrew in particular.He was very professional from the start and always kept us in the loop, the portal is a great idea and really helped us at times to keep tabs on where we was at.Although we had a rough ride throughout our process, which wasnt a reflection on Simon Miller in any way, (developments out of anyones control) Andrew really came up trumps at that point, enabling me to do what I needed but knowing he was working away covering where I couldn't in order to keep ahead of the whole chain moving.Safe to say it was a very successful time all round, but most definitely feel we wouldnt have made it happen given the circumstances we ended up facing if it was anyone else.Simon Miller ( larkfield team )Specifically Andrew McGinty Great Job guys, we thank you !The Lees

He was fantastic!
