I organised a couple of valuations from local agents and Simon Miller stood out by miles. Great local knowledge, very efficient and nothing was too much trouble. The sale dragged on due to a long chain but Simon Miller helped every step of the way. The whole team made an effort and I was very happy with the price they achieved for my home. Highly recommend.

Overall experience is laughable. Make sure you document all communications with them as they like to bend the truth and deny phone conversations. Photograph everything as evidence and avoid like the plague unless you fancy being left with property issues during winter and bodge job landlords.
