I recently sold a 2 Bed property in Longstanton through Haart Estate Agents at Bar Hill & found there service to be very good. The property had only been on the market a couple of weeks & was sold within the first few days of viewing. Ben in particular always kept me informed as to what was going on virtually every 3/4 days. I would certainly recomend anyone buying or selling a property within the area to use Haart Estate Agents as they made life so much more easier. Ben and the rest of the team were supportive and really good at providing full and prompt feedback on all items. We had some difficulties, though not the fault of Haart. Haart were proactive in getting viewings and marketing. I like the concept of online estate agents, though I am not convinced that you will get the best price this way. I think a proactive agent like Haart will give you a better chance of this. Thanks Steve

Ben, Harriet and Giles were a great help with our house purchase. They were far more responsive and proactive than our own estate agents. Even though they weren't acting for us, they gave us weekly updates by phone, or by email if they reached our voicemail. We were in a long chain, and they really put in effort in the latter stages to make sure exchange and completion all happened smoothly. Many thanks to the team.

Haart's service all round was fantastic and helped make our experience of buying our first house far less stressful than we were initially expecting. Louise showed us round the house twice, and provided us with all the information we needed to help reached an informed decision. Her friendliness, approachability and clear communication made a lasting impression on us so thank you. Mark, our branch manager, also added to this by patiently allowing us to visit the property a few more times and he was always happy to respond to any questions we had quickly. His management of the process through timely updates helped improve the completion timeline. We were also pleasantly surprised when he arranged for the property to be cleaned through his own initiative where the amazing Clarissa, took hours of our her busy week to put some top-standard cleaning skills to the test - we were very happy with the outcome and this meant the process wasn't delayed any further as we felt we had a welcoming home to walk into so a big thank you to Haart Bar Hill for everything.
