Haarts at Bar Hill were the agents for a property we bought recently. The transaction proved to be protracted and at times difficult. However, the staff at Haarts were as helpful as they could have been and brought their professionalism to bear in order to see that the sale was completed successfully. I'm sure their patience (as well as ours!) was stretched at times but they were all very helpful and sensitive to our concerns throughout. If it were not for their experience and care I doubt the sale would have gone through. It is thanks to them that we finally got to own the house we have wanted for so long!

Couldn't have asked for anymore from these guys! So patient and stayed on top of everything for us! We sold and purchased through Haart and would highly recommend them for anyone looking to buy or sell!! I found Ben to be very on the ball with chasing up problems we had, Harriet so very lovely to deal with and Kenny was just amazing when I needed someone to talk too, he really listened to me when everything was getting on top of me and didnt make me feel i was a nuisance as moving home is one of the most stressful things I have Done! Throughout what turned out to be a long and complex sales process, Garry took ownership and ensured communications channels between all stakeholders didn’t clog up. I was really pleased with my decision to use Haart as my estate agents, and would happily recommend the company (I never usually fill in these reviews but decided to on this occasion as I genuinely felt I had an excellent personal service). We sold our house with Haart Bar Hill in 2017, having bought the same house through them some years earlier. Back then we had no complaints and we didn't this time either. At all stages we were listened to and guided as to how to make the most of our sale and they found us some very good buyers in the end. We engaged with Haart to sell our Longstanton family home and second rental property in parallel. We were buying a property in Kent and time was very much of the essence. The process was further complicated by sitting tenants in the rental property who were somewhat of a challenge to manage. Throughout the sales process we were supported by Hannah Goodyer who we must say was an absolute star from start to finish. Supported by Evie from the office for viewings, the whole process was managed closely by Hannah who produced first class images for the properties whilst having to deal with the delicate situation around the tenants. We owe Hannah a big thank you for the tenacity shown to push the two sales over the line. We were particularly grateful for Hannah stepping in during the conveyancing process to source requested reports. What did stand out for us was the fact that Hannah made a point of understanding our family drivers, our need for school placements and associated timings. When we got closer to the exchange date, we were so pleased to have Hannah co-ordinating outstanding issues. I would also like to thank Evie and Hannah for their professionalism and approach throughout the 3.5month process. We have always been reluctant to open our home to anyone not known to us - these two executives were happily given full access to both properties. House moving (especially selling two, buying one and managing tenants) can at times be stressful. We can deal with good news or bad news, but no news adds to the stress - Hannah was always available, gave regular weekly updates and was at all times proactive. We are now happily relocated in Kent and would highly recommend the team at Bar Hill - Hannah thank you so much for all you have done and please pass on our thanks to evie Simon & Zee

haart was a very easy estate agent to use for my first-time-buy, I would heartily (!) recommend them. Clarissa in particular was attentive (even replying to messages on her days off!) without being at all overbearing. She also arranged for extra viewings at very short notice when some of my family members unexpectedly showed up hoping to see the house before I'd purchased it. From first viewing to collecting the keys took under 3 months. Haart's recommended mortgage broker and solicitors were all effective and easy to work with. My house was by no means the biggest or most profitable house on their books, but I was always made to feel like I was their most important client and they would spend time and effort getting everything sorted for me.
