Professional, proactive, courteous, true to their word, trustworthy and honest. All the attributes I experienced with the team at Haart in Bar Hill. Following a thoroughly demoralising experience with Cambourne estate agents I was pleasantly surprised with the Haart team at Bar Hill, who are a credit to the profession and to Haart. I cannot fault anyone, in particular, Bradley, Roxy, Mark and Oskar went over and beyond making my experience a pleasure rather than a chore. I realised, for once, I was in more than capable hands which relieved a lot of the stress when selling a property. I will not hesitate going back to the team when needed in the future. If you call over the weekend its a call center and not the branch. Which they miss lead. Fees to sell my property were redicolous. I end up to pay other local agent 0.75% . The good thing we seen the house when we requested after we passed the call center. We offered they werent the quickest to comunicate. We increase the offer but they never come back. End up to buy a house with other local agent which they reply to comunication. Window display could be update accordingly after all they are not that busy... I personnally wouldnt sell my house with them...based on my experience...

Seem to constantly hang up there phone rather than answer for example and say we are busy please call back later... no option to leave a voicemail etc...been trying to view a property for a few days now, had someone who I ended up getting through to from there number working as agent for them telling me there call me back etc, again heard nothing and had to chase again...not impressed..seems there is no rush or bother to sell people's houses for them
