The principal choice of using Williams Harlow, as our Estate Agents, was based upon the success rate that they had in selling similar properties in the area. From the point of contact, through to the valuation of the property, including the market expectations and approach to achieving a buyer, was professionally and expertly explained, planned and implemented. The process from arranging and accompanying viewings through to the acceptance of an offer on the property was handled with due care and diligence to us as sellers, to ensure that there was minimal disruption to our daily routine, yet acknowledging that we were looking to sell the property. The service provided by Williams Harlow, specifically Barry Hinton as lead negotiator along with his wider colleagues, ensured that the selling process went as smoothly as possible and any queries raised were dealt with promptly and efficiently right through until completion. Our agents name was Barry he was very pleasant although he would not except my offer on a house without my wife viewing it first, which was fine. After the offer was accepted we requested an additional viewing to allow us to take some measurements. A middle aged woman in a Mercedes let us into the property whilst showing the house next door. She returned 15 min later and said 'right you have 5min left'. We hurried out in disbelief and she looked annoyed. We bought the house anyway but I would not use them again. It is a sellers market but no reason to treat potential buyers badly. Nice offices, conveniently positioned with ample parking on the high street is about the only positive thing I can say. Update : We just had an agent round (Andrew) to do a valuation and give some advice on potentially expanding the property. He was incredible and exceeded expectations on every level. So professional and knowledgeable... very good, Selling Sunset good... Definitely restored my faith in this business and gladly give them 5 stars for my most recent dealings with them.

We sold our family home of over 55 years with Williams Harlow. We found them to be friendly, professional and efficient and always had time for us. They were not pushy when hoping for our business (unlike another local estate agent we could mention), which was really appreciated as we were planning the funeral of our dear father at the time (the reason for the sale). We dealt mainly with Steven Jones, but also Ryan Smith when close to completion. Can't recommend these guys enough. They made the whole process as easy as possible during this difficult time.

Recently I had to sell a family property in Banstead. I am not resident in the UK and knew nothing about Estate Agents in the area. How did I chose Williams Harlow, thankfully they were the nearest Agent to where I parked. I met Barry and explained my situation, not only did he give me excellent advice but over the following months when there were legal delays, he ensured the unoccupied property was regularly checked and kept me updated.
