GoogleWe went with William’s Harlow after being unsuccessful with another agent. We were hampered by a poor market and lots of other external factors which meant it was a long process. However the team at WH were very professional, friendly and always happy to answer questions. Particular mention to Ryan and Steve who were always at the end of the phone and happy to help.

GoogleHad good communication from the agent from start to finish. Was also flexible enough to agree a second viewing. Had delays at the start of the tenancy and these were explained clearly and in time. References and other checks were put through in good time. Have nothing but good to say about W&H's involvement.

GoogleWe recently used Williams Harlow to sell our house and would certainly recommend them. We dealt with Barry and appreciated his calm persistence in handling some tricky negotiations to keep our sale and purchase on track. Its one thing securing a buyer but in our experience an estate agent comes into his or her own when they're maintaining the deal when the various parties have different needs.

GoogleVery poor experience. They rarely answer calls or respond to emails or voicemails. I was told a property was still available even though their website showed it as already let. I also tried several times to arrange a viewing but received no response. Very disappointing and unprofessional communication.

GoogleI called them right after the property was advertised for renting to arrange a viewing. They said the tenant is only available on Thursdays between 3pm and 4 pm (so strict!), and they said they will call me if the tenant is ready for next week. They didn't call me again! I left a message for them, twice, but they didn't call. Two days after my first call, I went to the property to see the area around the property, guess what I saw! The estate agent was showing the property to other viewers! I was shocked, I called them again and left a message, but guess what again! No reply. I found this very unprofessional. I will remember this name "Williams Harlow", to not to look at their properties again, Update: in their reply, they missed the fact that the tenant was only available on Thursdays but they had viewings on Saturday! How is that possible? They should answer.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism
Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. The tenant in occupation only gave us a one hour time slot on this day between 3pm and 4pm which we had to work within. By law we are unable to access a property without the tenant's prior consent. There were four viewings that could attend during this time the property was let to one of them. On a positive note we have a very similar property in a nearby location that we think would be ideal for you. Please get in touch with us to discuss this and we look forward to hearing from you.

Google)We chose Williams Harlow because of their professional approach and presentation. They were honest about their valuation and produced a marketing leaflet that showed off the house to its full potential. After a slow start due to Brexit we had a glut of viewings that resulted in two offers one of which was the asking price. Despite also suffering a delay with Covid 19 the team worked tirelessly throughout the lockdown and kept our stress levels down to the minimum. GoogleWe have recently completed on our new home and wish to share our experience with Steve Jones at Williams Harlow. We are so pleased Steve was looking after the property, he was very approachable and friendly, professional, reliable and open in his approach to communication. Given we offered, exchanged and completed within the peak period of time before original stamp duty holiday window was set to close, we were so impressed that Steve was shown to be efficient, proactive and very helpful in accommodating our queries and requests, such as accessing the property prior to completion to scope/plan work. This helped take away unnecessary stress associated with purchasing a property, and in the middle of a pandemic lockdown no less! Prior to purchasing this property, we were pursuing another property with another estate agent local to Epsom/Ashtead. Due to avoidable, incredibly long delays (waiting over 2 months for solicitors to receive the contract pack for example) and a poor experience with the property/estate agent, we had to walk away from the property. The difference in our experience with WH was incredible. We would not hesitate to recommend Steve and Williams Harlow, and on the basis of the excellent service delivered by Steve, we would wish to engage him ourselves should we wish to sell in future.

GoogleFrom start to finish Williams Harlow have been professional, responsive and helpful. From the initial enquiry they were great, never pushing but always ready to respond. We had an excellent photographer, rapid response to the Rightmove etc. adverts. All of Andrew's team were ready to answer questions and keep us updated. In particular Steve Jones, who managed the sale once we had accepted an offer, put in many hours of communicating with solicitors, other agents, purchasers and vendors and without his persistence we may have taken much longer or even lost the sale. I can understand why Williams Harlow are so successful and seem to have captured the majority of the market in the Banstead area.

He gave us different options and fully understood what I was looking for. He eventually came up with a House that we fell in love with.
