I was mostly in contact with Kelvin at the property I was living at, and he was great. He was really quick responding to any queries I had and fast to sort anything that needed doing, he made both moving in and moving out easy and as stress free as possible. I have just bought a house. I chose the wrong solicitor to do the conveyancing. Glaciers move faster. Of course it was always "someone else's fault" when I got in touch with my solicitor. W&G were absolutely first class. They chased and cajoled and did everything else possible to make the deal happen ASAP. They could not have been more helpful. I was tearing my hair out by the end of the transaction because it was time specific. They were super supportive, kept me informed and just did their best to keep things moving. I never thought I would be writing a glowing review for an estate agent, but here I am and I could not be happier to do it. Next time I will even take advice from them about solicitors, because let's face it, the prices are bound to be in the same ball park (or am I being naive again) but they will actually know who can move efficiently. Top job W&G!

Tim Goodwin gave us excellent advice on when to market our property . The house had been let for many years and needed a substantial face lift and tidy up. We were just in the process of starting the work when Tim and his staff found us a buyer. The subsequent negotiations with our buyer achieved a very realistic price for our property without any work being carried out. Well done Williams and Goodwin. We would thoroughly recommend them to you.

I've been dealing with 'vanessa davies' whilst looking for a house, and she has been an absolute star! I feel so comfortable with her.. Like nothing is trouble for her and she's even stayed in work late one night for me whilst we were going through my house prefrences. She keeps me updated with my prefrences all the time through email which is brilliant. She really does go the extra mile for people! Very professional, friendly and an excellent staff member, I would recommend W&G to anyone looking for a home. Thanks guys

We have bought and sold many properties in the last 15 years and therefore have encountered many estate agents, Williams and Goodwin stand head and shoulders above the rest. From the moment Tim Goodwin came to value our house we where made to feel at ease and confident in the team. The turnaround from when we instructed them to our first viewing was a matter of days - as busy self employed people we where unable to do viewings so the team undertook all viewings for us - completely hassle free for us! The team has communicated throughly and consistently with us and the buyer leading to a speedy sale. We have felt comfortable in contacting and speeking to all the team at the Bangor branch and we will not hesitate in using them again and we will certainly recommend to our family and friend

Just bought our new home through Williams & Goodwin. The house we wished to view was arranged for the next day at a time convenient to us. We were met at the property and we're professionally shown around, the agent was knowledgeable, he didn't rush us and most importantly he wasn't pushy. He knew the property and surrounding area inside out, (it was in fact Mr Goodwin himself). We loved the property so much we made a realistic offer, the agent taking the call was enthusiastic and resourceful, I felt that she was genuinely interested in helping us get this property, after some negotiations we agreed on a price and from that moment on from offer to completion the same agent dealt with us, we were kept up to date with the whole process, when the solicitors were felt to be not moving as quickly as expected the agent was able to quickly intervene and guide both us the buyers and the seller to speed things up. In summary we have been extremely impressed with Williams & Goodwin estate agents. And wouldn't hesitate to use them in the future to buy or sell a property.

As with most house buyers, I'm becoming intimately involved with many estate agents, desperate to find my 'forever home'. This particular estate agent's team has gone out of their way time and time again to look for houses that may suit me and my husband. At every viewing, our encounter has been positive; their agents seem genuine, friendly people who listen to us, are knowledgable and sincere. I have every faith they'll find us our dream home soon!
Whilst it is always nice to hear from our vendors, purchasers, landlords or tenants, i think this is the first review we have received from a client who has yet to complete a property transaction with us. To read such praise is a great reflection on the time and effort we all put in to helping clients fulfill their dreams, and it is kind of you to take the time to acknowledge the care taken in listening to clients needs which we feel is so important. I hope that through these efforts we can find you a suitable property as with our staff spending so much effort in getting to know both our stock of properties and what they offer as well as your needs we can often put forward suggestions that help encourage you to view a property which may not immediately appear suitable

I have let my house using W&G as agents for 7 years. They are always very professional yet easy to work with. When required, they have found suitable tenants quickly and with the minimum of fuss. Communication has always been good, friendly yet courteous. I have now sold the house, using W&G as agents and they have found a buyer very quickly. All round excellent service, I have no hesitation recommending them for letting and for selling.

We dealt with this agent as a buyer and had great service from them. As I guess with a lot of house purchases things don't always go smoothly and the team here (particular mention to Vanessa) were really helpful and supportive to resolve outstanding issues and get answers to questions, great communication and always returned phone calls / emails when they said they would.
