GoogleI have had a long relationship with Finders over the last 11 years. They have always been friendly, helpful and thorough in managing my properties. They look after the tenants, ensure repairs are done promptly and keep the properties' values intact by recommending when upgrades are necessary. Voids are few and far between and issues are dealt with pragmatically. They really care about doing a good job for both the tenant and landlord. I would not hesitate to recommend them!

GoogleWe asked Clare from Finders Keepers to find us tenants for a house that had been our family home and to which we are still very attached. They have found us lovely tenants who care very much about the house. We felt that from the outset Clare listened to what we were looking for, tailored the service they provided accordingly, was extremely helpful and simply a pleasure to deal with, I would not hesitate recommending them to other landlords.

TrustpilotDamp, poorly managed property with repeatedly bodged repairs
Rising damp, a leaking asbestos roof that wasn't fixed for several years other than bodging a bead of mastic on it now again when water flowed through the ceiling and finally an attempt to wrongfully withhold our deposit to pay for various problems that were already present with the property when we moved in. Avoid this letting agent - they are truly awful.

If you are looking for agency which you can trust and work with then it is NOT finders kepeers. People don't want to listen and you are blamed for it even if you followed their guidance. find out after 6 month that there is renewal cost. Why they don't make it clear in the first place. Safe yourself a TDS dispute and dont rent. Be safe!

GoogleI have used Finders Keepers for 12 years. They have charming professional staff. The tenants that they have provided for me have been excellent. Whenever a tenant is just below the income criteria and I have accepted the ‘risk’ they have already done their homework to ensure that the people are right. For me they are the only agency I’d use in Oxfordshire.

The email was sent to keep you informed of the situation and to make you aware of the implications of any breaches of the tenancy, not to threaten you as the tenant.
