GoogleSpent hours cleaning my Daughter's flat carpets cleaned etc, they wasn't happy with it they have taken money for light bulbs saying 5 was missing they are all there I checked, money for cleaning money for carpets list goes on, yet it's different when you live in the house, she waited months for washing machine to be fixed and also window, no not happy!!

GoogleThe worst letting company I've been dealing with so far. They don't care about the tenants, only about their landlords (they don't even care about the property). They are irresponsible, extremely poor organized and only happy causing a mess on their tenants life. If you want to rent a property from them, be prepared to argue and complain a lot.

GoogleOver two years ago we appointed Finders Keepers as letting agents for our two flats. We have had a happy relationship and on the occasions when one of the flats was vacant new tenants were found quickly and their reference checked promptly. We are happy with the service provided and look forward to a continuing relationship.

GoogleWorst Estate Agents in Banbury. Haven’t got a clue what’s going on. Put peoples deposits into other peoples bank accounts because too lazy to check what they are doing which is highly negligent. Have taken money from my account without ever contacting me and I’m not even a tenant of theirs.

YellAwful letting agent
Absolutely awful - they charge massive amounts when leaving the property for minor damage, which under most circumstances are classed as normal wear and tear. Take ages to origanise repairs, and they never respond to emails. Avoid like the plague!
