I had possibly one of the hardest backgrounds you can imagine from moving from the republic of Ireland to Scotland and then to Northern Ireland, all in the last 2 and a half years. My credit rating was poor from a stupid snafu from my bank that took them a week to cause and 3 months to fix. I had been refused using two previous banks and another mortgage broker and was completely demoralised and depressed about the whole process.Then I met the calm and optimistic, yet realistic Laura Wylie from the PropertyPal Mortgage team. She was so super organised for the get go and had everything already organised from the first meeting to get the process going. She was a very calming force during the whole process and was constantly updating me as the process was taking place. As I said, my application had many many complications due to my own personal issues, but she was experienced and professional enough to be able to warn me about the entire list of questions banks and their underwrites would ask me and all the proofs. This meet the stressors anticipated and feel a whole lot less like another hurdle in my way.At many times, I had felt like "Ok, This is it. I am NEVER going to get this", but Laura guided me through it all so well.I also had dealings with another lady called Nicole (as you cannot expect everyone to work every day) and she was up to date on my case and all the problems with it and was able to update me on the application.From start to end, they were brilliant and provided an excellent service.And I finally got my dream house.I would recommend them to everyone looking for a mortgage
