GoogleHad a good experience with Marsh and Parsons (Clapham South), specifically Amy. Ran through a spec of what I was looking for in terms of rental properties and the very next day I was viewing 7 or so properties all relevant to my choices - a service I haven't received before from an estate agent. My only area of (slight) improvement would be around negotiation of obtaining the property but all other area of service was great.

It can be hard to leave this task in someone else's hands when one lives a distance from the property; these agents covered all aspects - even down to arranging curtains to be hung and handles fitted. GoogleVery bad experience with this agency. Me and my housemate had a viewing booked at 12pm and 9 minutes earlier I received a mail that has been cancelled since the property is gone. Of course we were already travelling there at that time. Result, we spent a part of our day off taken on purpose for house viewings and money on transports for nothing.
