FacebookHorrible experience. I called to arrange house viewing and spent 1.5 hours to travel to the location. Staff forgot the key and simply told me to go home and come back tomorrow. No apology whatsoever. 2 staffs told me it’s not their fault and that it’s human error. Anything can happen. Very pathetic. Not professional at all.

Rory dealt with our search and was always helpful & attentive, and listened to our needs to help the search go smoothly. Couldn't have asked for more from an estate agent!

GoogleHorrible agency. Booking viewings over the phone and not showing up. Gave my details 3 times on the agency and over the phone, every time I call they say I am not on their system. Booking viewings for properties that are not available and not cancelling. It's just ridiculous.

I was then put in contact with Erin McDonagh (Lettings Administrator) who was very efficient, supportive and very informative throughout the process. Would definitely recommend this company!

GoogleReasonable service (although not the brightest bunch) but watch out for their eye-watering fees. They charge one week plus VAT which meant our fees for a three bed flat were nearly £750!!!!!! A complete outrage when you consider the usual fees that agents charge.
