Extremely poor service. We chose Aspire to be in charge of selling our property, our first impressions were very good sales man (so we thought), good knowledge of the market etc. We put our trust in Clifford from Balham branch to help push the sale of our property however that was not the case. 3 months on from signing contract there was no For Sale board up even asking countless times, a few doors down the road had their new sold board up, why was ours never sorted out. The lack of correspondence was ridiculous, I was the one that had to do all the chasing on what was going on. For the 3 months we had only one viewing only to find out that our property was taken off Rightmove without us being aware! We were then told that the Tooting branch was going to look after us promising calls on a weekly basis- this never happened and I had to email and call Chris several times. They promise alot of things but didn't follow through and for this we cancelled with them and went elsewhere. Do not recommend!NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Usually you can have a difficult relationship with the estate agent you’re buying through as they are working for their vendor, however we not feel pressurised with Aspire. George Williams was great - he could not have done more to support us through the sale and is a credit to Aspire. We would definitely sell through Aspire in the future.

During my search for the property she was incredibly friendly, flexible, never pushy and got to understand what I was looking for. during the purchase process she was very patient, but knew the right times to push and put on pressure to ensure the transaction was completed. I have had an absolutely fantastic experience looking for a property with Lilli Mepham at Aspire in Balham. I have viewed over 30 properties with different estate agents and Lilli has by far been the best estate agent. She is knowledgable about the area, has exceptional attention to detail and always knows her properties very well.
