GoogleBranch kept my details breaching GDPR so I called up to ask what had happened and got met with sarcasm from whoever answered the phone. Wasn’t given a name but will be escalating.
Hi Mgx - a little puzzled by this to be honest as we take our GDPR responsibilities very seriously and have an esay process for customers to have all their data removed etc. Please email us at headoffice@aspire.co.uk ASAP so this can be addressed.

GoogleI got very good service from all the Lettings team and especially Rebecca at Aspire when I needed new tenants for my flat. Several viewings on the first day of launching and an offer which I accepted. Good negotiations and communication throughout. Would definitely recommend.

GoogleMy partner and I purchased a flat in Summer 2019 through Aspire, Balham. Adam Seymour-Davies was our Estate Agent and he provided a very attentive service. Our transaction was not straightforward, as a result of delays caused by incompetent solicitors (Stirling Ackroyd, who I would be reviewing as 0 / 5 stars!). Because of this, Adam had to manage the relationship with the seller and worked exceptionally hard in the interest of both parties to keep the sale on track. I know he went to great lengths to do this and we appreciated the service. We have settled into our new flat and are very happy. We would certainly recommend Aspire Balham (and Adam in particular) to anyone looking to buy in the area.

GoogleI have been letting my property through Aspire for more than five years now, and I wouldn’t want to work with anyone else. Everyone in the team has always been helpful and professional but Jess Burns and Charlotte Baker, in particular, have always made the process both easy and enjoyable. They are quick to respond to calls and emails, give advice and offer help when needed, and they have gone above and beyond what I would have expected from an estate agent. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

GoogleAspire Balham were brilliant in helping both myself and my family to complete on our recent purchase in Balham. George Williams, our estate agent, was very attentive and patient with my family as we made numerous visits to the property both before and during the purchasing process, giving up a lot of his time to answer our questions and to let us access the property. The service was extremely professional and done with great speed and efficiency, as after just 6 weeks we were able to complete on the purchase. I would recommend Aspire Balham & George and use them again. We were very pleased with how quick the process was and could not have asked for more.

GoogleWe asked ASPIRE to market and let our property in Balham, SW12, where we had lived for 14 years, and the experience could not have been easier or more pleasant. Advice was given at all times, along with realistic achievable prices and guidance at every step. Lauren in particular was honest at all points, and due to her experience and professionalism, we rented our flat to the nicest couple ever, and incredibly quickly. I could not recommend them more! GoogleI just completed the sale of my property in SW16 and I highly recommend working with Mat Berna and Clifford Harvey from Aspire Balham. From my initial meeting with Clifford to the final congratulatory phone call with Mat, these gentlemen were top notch professionals, I felt fortunate to be represented by them. GoogleWhen coming to sell my house I was tempted to go with one of the 'bigger agents', the best decision I made was to go with Aspire. What became clear as the sales process went on was how incredibly important it was to have an agent that not only understood the property market, but also understood people. I can honestly say that without Charlie Floyd from Aspire working on our sale, I think it would have fallen through 5 times over. He built a great relationship with me, knowing when we should should push and when we concede, and critically, he also built a great relationship with the buyer which enabled him to give them confidence when they were uncertain and the sale was at risk. The result was that I was able to coast through the sale knowing I had someone I could trust and rely on to achieve the best possible result for me. Whoever said moving is stressful obviously didn't have Charlie working on their sale! To cap it off, he even turned up on moving day and helped me load up my vans.

GoogleWithout Clifford at Aspire Balham’s hard work our whole chain would have fallen through. We are extremely grateful for his time and experience in navigating a very precarious situation towards the end of the transaction. We have been so impressed with the whole team at the Balham office. From valuation to exchange they have been friendly, knowledgeable, professional and importantly, very easy to get hold of by email and phone. Their knowledge of the local area and understanding of the market plus the legal/procedural aspects of the transaction have also been invaluable. We couldn’t have asked for more from them and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

He was an absolute pleasure to work with - extremely responsive and we felt he genuinely had our best interests in mind, alongside that of the seller's. We were able to have upfront conversations with him about budget & expectations, and he has a wealth of knowledge and experience which were invaluable as we went through the process for the first time. He tailored his property recommendations to us very well, and once he found us a property we set our hearts on, he was there every step of the way until we completed. GoogleI have worked with Adam and Chris for many years now. My experience of working with them is that they really want what is best for their clients and do not hesitate to go the extra mile to get a deal over the line. Working in the conveyancing industry it is really refreshing to be able to call these two and know you are going to hear a friendly voice on the other end of the phone that isn’t going to provide false expectations to their buyer or seller and instead assist in getting the best result for all involved. I work with estate agents all day every day and rather than take quite an aggressive stance, as I know that some do, which often has the reverse effect, Adam and Chris are experienced and know the process well so they utilise this to make a very stressful process far less stressful for all involved. If I had a property to sell in the area Aspire Balham would be my first and only choice without a doubt.
