Professional from start to finish. Shilpa was understanding of our needs and patient with my elderly parents, and caring of our home of 43 years. Shilpa kept us up to date at all times and we never felt pressured or pressurised. Nishi did most of the viewings and again courteous, punctual and understanding. Would definitely recommend and use again. Huge thank you from us all.

For four weeks the branch staff thinks it's ok to have mice and all the associated issues running round the flat and still no date for when the people will be coming to sort out the issue, very poor. Am sure they wouldn't want this in their own homes but it's ok for people that pay their salaries

Rude and defensive simply because we asked a question to gain insight into the heavily mould ridden property that for clarity is still available under a different agent (at the time of writing this has been 9 months). When faced with a query they were unable to answer without being rude, typical case of power play, unbeknown to them our combined intelligence meant we were able to avoid failing into the classic estate agent games. That said, probably only the second worst estate agent in London.

Everyone was very pro-active in marketing my property and keeping me updated on viewings and feedback. Once the sale was agreed, Finlay made sure everything went through and addressed any questions from both me and the buyer. Thank you

We traveled almost 2 hours for a booked house viewing, only to have it canceled last minute. This lack of coordination raises doubts about the agency's reliability. Agents should excel at arranging viewings, and this experience fell short of expectations. Hope for improved communication and better service in the future.

Appalling unprofessional service from Poringland branch. Saw a property that was priced with a guide price. Liked the property so offered full asking price only to be told that there were another 4 viewings that day and that an offer had been made but all offers were to be put to the buyer by 10am following day when a decision would be made. Agent insisted he would call to get our final offer at 9.45 and that reading between the lines they were basically playing all buyers to see if they could up the price!. Gave us personal email to contact him if we had any queries regarding the property that we wanted answered before 10am final bid cut off - sent email - NOT EVEN BEEN READ! - N0 CALL!! at 9.45 waited until 11am asked for agent only to be told he was not even in the office!! 10 minutes later get a call from the office (not the agent we had dealt with but someone else) only to be told that the house had gone to another buyer - didn't seem to understand why we were so angry at not being told anything or even receiving the call for final offer. Doubt if we would even have received a call or got any information if we hadn't had chased them. Absolutely appalling unprofessional service by amatures - wouldn't touch them with a barge pole.

I would say one of the worst agency that I worked with. Exteremly unprofessional. They don't even call you back until you called them many times. I have seen a flat with them and I was the first one that seen the flat. I was there after 2 hours they post on rightmove. (This is what they said to me) I have seen flat 2 times and happy to pay deposit straight away. They told me that they will let me know after checking with lanlord. By the way his name was Lewis. He didn't even bother to call me that flat is gone because they have another offer accepted. Very unprofessional. I wouldn't suggest anyone this agency. Don't waste your time.

The service for landlords is good, in terms of finding tenants. The staff member I dealt with was trying to help. However their system for signing documents does not work and the unhelpful management approach to these problems leads to demands placed on landlords to rectify problems caused by the agency’s systems - a very frustrating and avoidable situation. The branch was Shoreditch.

We had a difficult sale mostly due to difficult solicitors but Guy and team went over and beyond to make it happen. Couldn't recommend enough. Happy we didn't go for an online broker as sale would surely have fallen through. Fair pricing. thanks.

We rented a flat in London with this agency based in Islington. Before signing, the agency contacted us a lot and everything seemed pretty clear by then. However, once we signed and moved in, they completely disappeared and when we asked for a clarification of the contract, we were quick dismissed with an useless and rude email. Not only that, but there was clearly lack of communication between agents as some details in the application where not in the actual contract. Overall, not a good experience!

Utter jokers. They made it so difficult for me when mentioning I wanted to view some properties near Victoria train station. An Indian guy in his early '40s asked me to come to their office, after asking all the irrelevant questions on the planet then showed me a rubbish council flat. I was feeling a bit sick from his car fumes and asked if we could meet at the next property while I was walking. I have never seen him ever since: he simply disappeared and did not even answer the phone. I was too embarrassed to call the office and complain. I gave up on this company, they are just bullies asking to pay for just about everything while they laugh all the way to the bank thinking if you are a single woman with an 'exotic' accent you must be having a low IQ too. Bunch of jokers to be avoided.

I have been trying to arrange a viewing for a property to rent in Crystal Palace for over two weeks. I have been promised a callback 3 times in the last week but have heard nothing. I spoke to the branch twice again yesterday, I was given an apology and assured that they were under new management and I would receive a call. Still waiting! The property I am interested in was marked as let on Monday and then relisted yesterday.

greedy agency not believing in someone when they tell them they have 10 years of tenancy in a house, all they want is someone to make a lawyer, doctor or someone working in the house of Parliament salary to rent a property from them, absolutely a disgrace of an estate agent company.
