I have recommended many people to use Stonefield Estate Agents to sell their home, based purely on my experience whilst buying a house. So when it came to selling my home I gave them the opportunity to value it and give me an indication of the service they could and would provide. I was definitely not disappointed! James was professional, knowledgeable and provided an outstanding service. A perfectionist nonetheless when it came to every detail and for the first time ever, I placed my trust in the estate agent to show my house to potential clients and James fulfilled all my expectations when showing the viewers around. What can I say about all the girls in the office? Warm, friendly and always willing to spend time with you. Continually kept me in the loop with all the viewings, negotiation and even after it was sold in 4 days, still providing an outstanding level of customer service. Despite having all the additional workload in this current market, the team at Stonefield made you feel that there was only one house being sold and that was mine. The service was second to none, very personal, they delivered on all their promises, met my expectations at every level and even although I left him a tub of chocolate biscuits, James even left some for me!! 😀 Well done team Stonefield 👏

The valuers, Barry and Stephen, set the tone with their knowledge and advice on the initial visit. The pictures and narrative description of the property were first class and created quite a stir on Facebook We were also very pleased with the aerial pictures and video The drone operator obviously took great pride in his work and was at pains to ensure the shots were of good quality. We had already experienced the knowledge and excellent communication skills of Nicola Campbell, the Negotiator who was assigned to our property, as we had dealt with her when we were purchasing. Likewise we were impressed by Mary who had accompanied us on viewings and we were confident that she would handle our viewings in a similar professional manner. Mary was involved in most of our viewings but Jim and Karen were also very able viewing “buddies” However I must make a special mention of Nicola To my mind she is the Ultimate Professional and I consider Stonefield Estate Agency very lucky to have her representing them. It was obvious from the start that we were in very capable hands. She was knowledgeable, displaying tact and diplomacy, common sense, a thorough insight into the human psyche, and excellent communication skills; all attributes required by a negotiator. Throughout she displayed an efficient, effective professionalism, but managed to do this in a reassuring, friendly manner This is a combination that is not easy to acquire. We cannot speak too highly of her. All the staff with whom we dealt were very pleasant, and helpful. From start to finish they have been amazing, especially our contact person, Nicola Campbell.
