From day one when Barrie (Area Director), came out to my property to advise on the process...I knew I was in safe hands. Very professional and made me feel at ease and everything was explained and understood clearly. Photos were taken and where of the highest quality and the drone aerial shots where exceptional. Communication was first class with regular calls and emails on the sale of my property and the purchase of my new property. Nicola my negotiator was brilliant throughout the whole process and understood my situation fully and helped and guided me every step of the way (as were all the office and viewing teams). I would highly recommend Stonefield to anyone looking to buy or sell a property - definitely in safe hands! Many thanks team Stonefield for a highly professional and friendly service!

GoogleWe decided to use Stonefield as they were highly recommended and have the highest social media presence which goes a long way in this present day . We were not disappointed! From the moment Barrie arrived to take photos and discuss details I was totally at ease and knew we had made the right decision. We were assigned Nicola and what a gem she was! She kept us updated at all times and Vikki kept the viewers to our very strict viewing times. Dealing with a house sale can be stressful enough but dealing with a house sale with COVID-19 restrictions was something we could never have imagined. The process was seamless and at all times we knew what was happening, they kept in touch with both us and potential buyers and they sold our house. Nicola even helped our family out after the sale with something unrelated to our house sale. She and the Stonefield Team were amazing. The staff on the phone are lovely and efficient, and they keep in touch with emails and follow up calls. On a couple of our viewings we were unexpectedly shown around by the same agent, Paul. Paul is fantastic at what he does and I would absolutely recommend anyone looking for property to come to Stonefield

My house was listed with another estate agent for 10 days but after having to constantly call regarding things not being done we lost all faith and contacted Stonefield. The communication was excellent from every member of staff and Carol-Anne was a great support offering advice on the purchase of our new property. One viewer also commented on how efficient and professional Stonefield had dealt with his queries and requests. Our house sold within 10 days of being listed with them. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

They were always available to answer queries and were a pleasure to speak to (we had so many viewings that we got to know the girls in the office). They kept us well informed throughout about viewers and feedback and really seemed to want to do the best for us. Not only were they great to deal with for selling our home but they went that extra mile and really tried to help us find our new property, which we really appreciated. The friendly and professional service we received means we would not hesitate to use them again or to recommend them.
