GoogleI can only say what a fantastic job Stonefield Estate agents did for us .We were with another estate agent for 9 weeks, with very few viewings and just couldn't understand why ? .
We decided to change agents after losing the house we were buying and from the off we knew we had made the right decision with James very honest and professional manner .

GoogleRidiculously low 'offers over' suggestions, means I took a day off work and drove for over an hour to see a property where they wanted over 20% above the 'offers over' amount.
Waste of everyone's time.
Edit: 5 minutes after leaving this review I got an aggressive phone call from a Stonefield employee, telling me I knew nothing about how estate agents work in Scotland and basically implying I was some sort of idiot.

Our house was put on the market on Tuesday, For Sale boards went up on the Thursday on the same day viewings were booked in. The viewings went very well and our house sold the next day on the Friday morning. To say that we’re pleased was an understatement. James the director came out to visit us on the initial meeting, and reassured us that the house would sell and gave us great advice. Kevin came out and done the viewings,
( I might add that both were dressed very smartly) and were very professional. Chloe & Nicola dealt with the sale and both were very good at keeping us up to date, whilst advising us what to do moving forward.
