James visited our property to give full information and advice on the sale of our property and then revisited to take all the photographs used for the sale. They ensured that external photos were taken during good weather to ensure the external areas looked their best. We were very impressed at the speed of which the marketing team put together the brochure eetc. and with the quality of the photos taken by James our property was on line within 2 hours of the photos being taken and approved. Chloe our negotiator was constantly in touch with feedback from viewings, and all the team in the office were great to work with to arrange viewings. Chloe then managed and guided us through the closing date process and received the offers. Overall we have had a fantastic experience of working with all team members at Stonefield and would highly recommend them to anyone considering selling a property. Our property sold within 9 days from going live to the market.
