I sold my house with Stonefield and I am very happy with their sevice. They dealt with everything quickly and smoothly from the initial phone call through to the sale. James who came out to value the house and get pictures was great and talked me through the process and set my expectations for the sale which was better than I expected. Then Brooke dealt with the viewings and negotiations going forward. She was brilliant and called me every day with updates of all the viewings and when I got all of my offers in on closing date she talked me through them all to help make my decision. In the end I had my house sold in less than 2 weeks from going on the market and it sold way above asking price. All in all an amazing service from start to finish and I would definitely recommend Stonefield.

The service from stonefields is great! For one my house sold within 3 days of being put on the market! Right from the start they where very helpful. My partner and I where pretty nervous but James helped settle our nerves, he was very flexible to accommodate times to view our house and did a great job of taking the pictures to show the houses character. Once the house was up for sale we where then passed on to Brooke, who was amazing, she took the time to walk us through the processes and is very helpful whenever I had any questions, our house has now sold but Brooke and James continue to be helpful in trying to find us a new house that would suit our requirements, overall the customer service is top notch, I will definitely use stonefields again in the future.

Our property was on the market for almost 9 months. We only got few very low offers and property price rapidly decreased. Once we changed to Stonefield, property was on the market within hours. When we took the heart wrenching decision to sell our beloved home in order to downsize, we had our pick of estate agents to choose from. Following a glowing recommendation, there was only one company for us … Stonefield! Whilst there were less expensive options, I’m a great believer in “ you get what you pay for”. This was certainly true of Stonefield. From the moment of that very first phone call with Chloe, then Richard - who came to appraise the house, to the wonderful CarolAnne ( who negotiated on our behalf ), I felt that my house was is safe hands. Every member of staff with whom we came in contact, was friendly, professional and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and they were happy to facilitate viewings when we were unavailable. CarolAnne updated us daily, and even when she had no good news for us, she always handled it in such a way, that we were left with hope - and confidence that our house would sell, which it did, in around 10 days. I would certainly have no hesitation in recommending Stonefield to anyone who is considering selling their home.

What was a hectic ordeal for us Stonefield made it so simple and easy! We found a house that we loved that was going to a closing date within that week so we had to a lot to do to put our house on the market to have the best chance of getting it. We placed an offer for a beautiful property in Troon at 10 minutes to 5 on a Friday afternoon. Although late in the day, we were able to get hold of our solicitor, who was then able to get hold of Nicola, who stayed late on a Friday, to submit our offer.
