Very professional service from Stonefield. Contacted Stonefield with a view to getting a quote based on a recommendation. Visited by James who was well presented, professional and friendly. Felt we didn't need any other quotes from any others as James gave us the confidence that the process would be managed with minimum stress to us. The whole process of selling was quick, easy and I was kept updated throughout the whole process. Never had to chase any issues and I don't think I had to actually call them one. Brooke updated us after every viewing and kept us in the loop at all times. House selling is one of the most stressful events so it's helpful to have an estate agent that takes some of the stress away and we are very appreciative of that. Highly recommend and would definitely use again.

Professional and customer focused from the outset , Barrie Gilchrist and the entire team at Stonefield are the estate agency to look after you . Barrie is extremely professional and has exceptional knowledge of the market . I felt very confident that Barrie gave a very accurate appraisal of my home . The Stonefield team facilitated the very smooth sale of my home ;from the extremely professional schedule and photographs with social media advertising to the skilled negotiation by Mhairi. Attention to detail was evident throughout the process . I was delighted that the same highly professional approach was also extended to my prospective buyers . Viewings were seamless and efficient communications and regular updates were appreciated. Stonefield’s marketing of my home was excellent but more importantly , they succeeded in securing a prompt sale at a value I was delighted with ! I highly recommend Stonefield Ayr .

I just felt that i needed to take a few minutes to thank all the staff at Stonefield for looking after my mum's house sale so sensitively. Full marks to the new Stonefield Estate Agency....a class above! Stonefield has no airs, graces or attitude! Everyone is refreshingly helpful and easy to deal with. Richard and the rest of the team at Stonefields certainly met and exceeded my expectations when selling my property with them. Starting with the initial meeting with Richard and then the quality of the photography / schedules it certainly confirmed that I had made the right choice to use Stonefields. My property was placed on the market on a Friday and after 5 viewings and 2 offers I accepted an offer higher than the HR value on the following Tuesday!!!! From the moment I first contacted Stonefield I felt valued. I spoke back and forward with James and never once felt pressured to arrange a meeting or to go forward with the sales process. James then came to our house and spoke with us in more detail and gave a rough estimation of what we could expect our property to be valued at (he was spot on). We couldn’t believe how smoothly the whole process went from there. Any questions we had via email or telephone were answered promptly. On the first day of viewings we met Karen at our home, I felt like I had known her for years! Such a friendly, welcoming and bubbly person. I felt comfortable enough leaving her in our home to get on with viewings. She kept us informed of how the day was going and let us know when she had left. Carol Anne in the office was amazing with calling us regarding the enquiries and just FIVE DAYS after our property went live on the market we had a sale agreed! Genuinely cannot recommend these guys enough! I will absolutely use Stonefield again in the future and continue to recommend to family and friends who are thinking of selling.
