I recently purchased a property through Stonefield Estate Agents and had a positive experience with them. As someone who has previous estate agency experience, I tend to be critical, but Stonefields managed to impress me. One aspect that stood out was their prompt and efficient communication. Nicola, my main contact, replied promptly and went out of her way to help progress the sale when things were at a standstill with the solicitors. This proactive approach was appreciated and demonstrated their commitment to customer satisfaction. Another positive aspect was the assistance from James, the valuer. During our phone conversation, he took the time to discuss potential refurbishment plans and provided me with an idea of the property's post-refurbishment value. His expertise allowed me to make an informed decision. Jim, the viewing agent, was friendly and provided insightful ideas about what could be done with the property. His enthusiasm was evident and added to the overall positive experience. As someone who has worked in estate agency and have also bought many properties myself over the last few years I have come across many agencies, but Stonefields is one of the few that I would recommend. Contacted Stonefield a few months ago to ask for a house valuation. Spoke to Brooke and it was James who came out to look at house. When I decided to put my house on the market I didn't hesitate in asking Stonefield to do it and asked for Brooke & James. Was very impressed with photos that James took and how quickly they put it all together and got the house on the market. I got a quick sale which I am delighted with. I cannot praise Stonefield enough for their professionalism whilst also maintaining a friendly and personal touch. James and Brooke are stars in my eyes and I cannot thank them enough

Really happy with how Stonefield handled the sale of my dads house. I know that they marketed it in a way that would reach a maximum audience and this resulted in a quick sale. What a fantastic experience from the very beginning with Stonefield. Gavin came out to give valuation and explained the whole process of what happens as I've never sold before. He made me feel at ease and confident with everything that was going to happen. It was a very quick process getting house on the market a matter of just a few days. The ladies in the office were great, as the day after house went live, I received calls to book in viewings. I couldn't believe it but my house has been sold within a week. Special thanks to Chloe for all your help and advice in the past week. Over the moon with the end result as closing date happened within a week.
