My partner and I had the most wonderful experience with Martin & Co Ayr Letting in obtaining a rental property in Prestwick town. Helen, Zak and their team were outstanding in getting everything done efficiently and effectively from viewing the apartment to signing documents off. They assisted us throughout every step of the way while maintaining a positive and professional air with us. I was also quite surprised and pleased with the little gift I got when I went to collect the keys. It was a nice touch to customer service and also refreshing to see so much care from a letting agency. Thank you!

I would describe my experience as 5 star as I have received the best service from everyone working at Martin & Co in AYR. It is extremely difficult to find a rented property these days due to the high demand in the market. I have recently moved from India and it was a challenge to find a rented property, but Martin & Co solved this puzzle and I got the property which suits my purpose. Our family of three rented a house in January 2022. This company handled the process and will continue to supply management and maintenance services during our stay. Even though the process of renting was remarkably slow, that had nothing to do with the company, but rather reflects the system in the UK. So far as I can say, the company handled the process efficiently and was helpful when needed. Three weeks in our new home, I can say their maintenance services have also worked well, as a couple of minor issues were taken care of promptly. Please note that for me four stars means very good rating, while I reserve five stars for special and outstanding cases. Therefore, my rating shows that I am very happy with this company.
