GoogleI have been with Martin & Co, Ayr for about 4 years. The staff are pleasant to deal with, and I am very happy with the service they have given me and my tenants. They manage the property, and always inform me promptly of any repairs which need to be done. They are able to get tradesmen out quickly to solve any problems the tenants have. They have always found good tenants. Would recommend.

GoogleHad the worst experience ever with martin & co nothing got done was left with dampness in bedroom complained about it & nothing was ever done about it so glad i got out of the flat i was renting from them between them & the landlord i dont know which one was worse to get anything done! They didnt care at all. So if i could i wouldnt even give them 1*!
