We have used Martin & Co as Letting Agents for our property for a number of years and they have been great. We then chose to sell the property and used Martin & Co as our Estate Agents Jamie was very helpful throughout the sale process. He kept up fully updated with progress and helped us achieve a better price than we initially planned. We would definitely recommend Jamie and Martin & Co and we wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future

Fantastic service from start to finish. I cannot recommend Jamie Martin enough. He was incredibly helpful, friendly, and always quick to respond to any questions I had. He made the whole process much less stressful and kept me updated every step of the way. What really stood out was the personal approach, I felt like he genuinely cared about helping me and getting the best outcome for the sale of my property. I thoroughly recommend Martin & Co. Estate agents. Jamie was professional and consistent with appointments, paperwork and any other queries I had. From the beginning, I explained my necessities for what would suit my family unit. Jamie really listened and delivered a service that was above and beyond. Never having to repeat myself or follow up on outstanding issues as they were already being met. I have recently moved from England to Ayr. Michelle from Martin and Co had helped my moving process easy and stress free from the start. She ensured all my queries were dealt with immediately and was in constant communication with myself. Shout out to Zak for helping throughout the process! They even provided a welcome gift, with all the essentials I need which after years of renting in different places this is the first to do that. I would definitely rent again and recommend anyone else to.

The team were great - helpful with getting all the required paperwork together and very patient with us. We did a lot of the admin online, which was convenient and saved us time and travel. Our agent Helen was very welcoming and explained everything to us. And they also gave us a lovely little welcome box for our new home! Definitely had a more personal approach than other agents we've dealt with.

Recently I rented a property through Martin & Co. From the initial setting up of the viewing right through to receiving our keys the process was easy and we were kept informed every step of the way. Helen helped us through the application stage and was readily available to answer any questions we had. Nothing was too much trouble. We have rented previously but I have to say the service was above and beyond. Within weeks our application and referencing was complete, our lease was signed and we were moving in. Thank you Helen and Martin & Co. Highly recommend.

From the first point of contact the team at Martin & Co Ayr were professional yet friendly. They arranged a viewing that was convenient to my manic schedule, kept me informed and updated at every step of the process and to top it all off presented me with a thoughtful welcome gift when I collected the keys.
