GoogleHad a poor experience with this place. One of the staff had a very unfortunate manner on the phone and it didn't go down well with me at all. They also couldn't be bothered to reply to the 6 or 7 emails sent to them over a period of several months and had to be repeatedly hastened. It was clear they couldn't be bothered. So glad I'll never have to deal with them ever again.

Any rare time that I have had to contact them, they have been both quick and attentive to my queries, with positive end results.
I have found staff at Ayr office both friendly and helpful with any small problems I've had.
Communication is really good in keeping me informed and up to date with safety, inspection visits and local office holiday closures.

GoogleI was looking for a property in Ayr, and contacted the team. One of the representatives, Michelle she called me updated about one the available property. Since I was a full time working doctor, weekdays viewing was not suitable as I was living 100 miles away. She specially made arrangements on Saturday, and came for viewings despite she had other family commitments.Whole process till landing into new home was flawless.
Zak, one of the other team members and Michelle stayed till the end of the day in office so we could collect keys. He was responsive and very friendly in dealing.
All in all. I would like to go on with them for future property related stuff.

Shocking service. Phoned about a rental property yesterday and they went through all my details, meeting criteria asked. They even had the gall to ask when I’m available to view the property. Phoned today to have the rug removed from under my feet advising my application wasn’t being considered. The lady on the phone was far too flippant , she has to realise this is an emotive subject. Please speak to each other and don’t get peoples’ hopes up unnecessarily. Poor service all round.

I see you contacted us and had also emailed in regarding this particular property. We appreciate your feedback, but it is not reflection of what transpired. You made an online enquiry which you followed up with a phone call. We advised, we already had applications on this property and requested information from yourself. Out of courtesy we followed up the next day to advise you that the landlord had proceeded with an offer. We simply requested your details in the event of it falling through and may have considered further interest if the property was still available. On occasion an application can fall though, and we would go back and follow up with any other interested parties. For you to have been considered you still would need to have viewed the property and filled in a formal application form, something you had not done. Unfortunately, in this case the offers already put forward were accepted by the landlord. Any details taken from you would also allow us to source any other properties coming to market. I can see you had viewed with us a property in August and the process for this would have been the same.
We do not offer any properties without a viewing taking place and we qualify all applicants prior to this taking place. The landlord makes the final decision on who they wish to be selected. Thanks again for your feedback and we hope you find a property in the near future.
