FacebookHad an excellent experience with Arnolds Keys and would thoroughly recommend them. They sold our property quickly (within a couple of days of it being put on the market) and their advice was excellent and saved us money. Their staff are friendly and knowledgeable and overall a thoroughly professional service. Many thanks to everyone involved. If we find ourselves with another property to sell you will be our only port of call.

I'm still looking at my bank account with amazement, i remember few months back i had nothing i couldn't boast of 1,000$ in my bank account cause i've lost my life-savings and pension to scammers, i had lost all hope in life.. until i meet Mrs. Ariana Carlos, the lady who changed my life totally. i had concluded that all account managers in groups were scammers but she proved me wrong, every time i apologize to her for doubting her from the start. Everyone needs to meet Her. GoogleVery disappointing - our property evaluation appointment was cancelled at very short notice with a lame excuse ! Unprofessional & doesn't give a very good message to a potential customer .

GoogleFrom the very beginning Paul and Christina and the rest of the Holt Arnolds Keys team have been open, honest and have only had our interests at heart. We never felt pressured throughout the whole experience to do anything we weren't comfortable with. Great support and advice all the way. We would highly recommend anyone thinking of buying or selling to give them a call.

FacebookHad a commercial property on the market with them for best part of a year, they kept telling us that we had a buyer after seven months of continually ringing and chasing nothing was happening even our solicitor said it isn`t happening. Was not able to pull out of contract but was never sent a bill until we got a court demand for nearly £1000 so I rang immediately to sort the bill, but was made to feel like I had done something wrong even though they were selling for us. I had never had a demand ever in my life and when I asked why I didn`t receive an invoice they were very flippant. After a discussion they did half the bill but the letter was still blaming us. All this on top of lockdown was very stressfull

FacebookI have been charged £200 to paint 1 room, I didn’t even have a chance to sort it myself. Someone moved in before my contract was finished. Demanded the keys back to show people round and then didn’t even bother to call me with they were taking the money, I rang multiple times to find out what was going on and no one, NO ONE even bothered to call me back even tho I was promise they would on the same day or next day. No one seems to know what the basic procedures are telling different things everytime. Don’t go to this company they seem to only care about getting money and nothing else.
