Natasha and the team at Arnold Keys, Aylsham have provided an exceptional service from the outset. We were fortunate to work with them on both the sale of our current property and the purchase of a new home, and the process was seamless on both counts. Their communication was excellent, and the team's friendly and knowledgeable approach made the experience stress-free. They were diligent in keeping us updated throughout, which was invaluable given the complexities of buying and selling simultaneously. We couldn't have asked for a better service and highly recommend Arnold Keys to anyone considering buying or selling a property.

Lost Confidence in Arnold Keys.. AVOID!

I am utterly disgusted by the way Natasha Wright, Sales Manager at the Aylsham branch, has handled our property offer. We initially put forward an offer on a property, but the seller decided to proceed with a cash buyer instead. Natasha told us that if the sale to the cash buyer fell through, we would be the next people she contacted. Three days ago, Natasha called to tell us that the cash buyer's purchase had indeed fallen through. Based on what we had previously been told, we naturally believed we would now have the opportunity to proceed. Instead, we were informed that the offer would once again be presented to the seller, along with another buyer's offer, and that the seller would decide between the two. Today, I received a missed call and voicemail notification, so I returned the call. I was immediately told, "I did not call you," despite my phone clearly showing a missed call and voicemail from the branch. I found this response confusing and dismissive. During the conversation, Natasha then informed me that the seller had chosen the other buyer. This entire experience has been incredibly frustrating. We were led to believe that if the cash buyer's purchase fell through, we would be given the opportunity to move forward. Instead, we were put back into competition without this being made clear from the outset, only to lose out once again. I fully appreciate that the final decision always rests with the seller, and I have no issue with that. My complaint is about the way the situation was communicated and managed. Expectations were raised unnecessarily, communication was inconsistent, and the level of customer service we received was disappointing throughout. As a result of this experience, I have completely lost confidence in Arnold Keys and will not be using your services again.

Sold a property with Arnold Keys and it was a thoroughly professional service from start to finish. All my queries were dealt with immediately and I always felt like my sale was important to them (despite it almost certainly being the lowest value property on their books). Special mention to Fleur who was instrumental in us reaching the point of exchange and completion, I really don't think it would have happened (and certainly not as quickly) without her continued pressing. Would definitely use Arnold Keys again, 100%

I recently used Arnolds Keys to sell my house in Aylsham. From the moment I walked into their office, which is in the best possible place, right on the square in Aylsham town centre, I found all the staff professional, knowledgeable and easy to deal with. I was impressed that the they listened to my requirements and wishes rather than giving me a sales pitch about how good they were and what I needed to do. Natasha clearly has extensive experience in Estate Agency and had a very practical approach. Kate did a great job of preparing the sales brochure including very good photos and even a 3D tour. Another thing I particularly liked was that Arnolds Keys took time to actually identify potential purchasers that were genuinely interested in the property and, importantly, were actually in a position to buy it, before arranging viewings. This avoided a lot of time wasting. Another point I liked was that the staff worked as a team, including Josh who always was happy to help if Natasha or Kate were not immediately available. It took a little over a month to find a buyer which I felt was good going at a time when the market was quite sluggish. When things got a little bogged down in the lead up to exchange of contracts Fleur (who handles sales progression most diligently) kept in touch with the buyers and both solicitors to get things moving again, so from start to finish I felt that Arnolds Keys did everything that a professional estate agency should do. If you are selling a house in Aylsham or the surrounding, area I would certainly recommend using them.

the team at Aylsham were briliant, from the valuation to completion of the sale. The advice I received of how to present the house was spot on, marketing obviously worked as I had numerous viewing and repeat vieewings and a number of offers. I was kept informed of feedback and once a sale in principal had been agreed, the team mooved into another gear to ensure as smooth a transition to sale as I coiuld have hoped for. They actively discriminate against people on Universal Credit. They told me I had to have a guarantor before viewing the property as Universal Credit was not a guaranteed income. When I challenged them on this by saying it is illegal to discriminate they changed their tune and said we can arrange for a viewing but would probably be passed over for another applicant. I've never missed a rent payment in my life. I am not on benefits because I don't want to work, I'm on them because of health issues which aren't going to get any better. I was then put through to a rather slimey little man who tried to twist everything I said. So I ended up hanging up. I am making an appointment with my local MP to raise this in the form of an MP's enquiry, watch this space. So much for the "excellent customer service".
