If they were not immediately available, Kathryn, Elisha and Chrissy in the Norwich office always responded to our queries quickly and followed up on anything we discussed. FacebookBooked a viewing and was told i'd receive a confirmation email. Nothing. Called twice to confirm time and address and was told I'd get a call back. Nothing. I then get a phone call asking if i want to put an offer in. Great job Arnold Keys. Yes I'd love to put an offer in for a house you haven't shown me!

FacebookA very disappointed tenant. Got engineer’s visit for a broken washing machine on 10 April and it’s been 3 day since and they tell me they contacted the landlord today. Appalling service after Being with the property more than 5 years. Prince of Wales road office in NORWICH.
