GoogleWe rented a property from them please do not expect your deposit back very quickly. I have to ring them and email and chase to hear anything back from them it’s disgusting. I have now been waiting over 3 weeks for a lump some of money to go back into my account. The customer service is terrible when you leave them they just don’t care. We feel very let down and nowhere nearer getting out money back it’s coming onto a month now and nothing.NegativeQuality

The end of the tenancy was a good experience too as she ensured communication and updates were given in a timely manner.

GoogleScammers - tried to pressurise me to take their "residency membership" or will not be able to rent property through Leaders. Looks like they are sc*m of letting market. Pay £45 extra each month or hit the road. Will never use them in my life and strongly advise anyone to stay away from Leaders.
