This is an unusual one as we were part of the upward chain but credit where it’s due!Our buyers sold their property through Claire Heritage at Fine and Country , to say the least it was a very bumpy ride but we stuck with our buyers throughout and communicated regularly this is mainly because Claire put 100% into keeping us totally in the loop at every stage giving us confidence and commitment to ‘ stick with it ‘ early morning messages with updates , follow up calls with updated info . We sold our house through Nicola and Liz at Fine and Country and I cannot recommend these ladies enough. We had several viewings which the ladies always went above and beyond to sell our house, they would even turn up early and help with any last bits of organizing as having three kids and a dog to get out of the house for each viewing was quite stressful but Nicola and Liz always made the process easier.Once we sold our house the ladies didn’t just stop there, without their help I don’t think I would have moved anytime soon, they were chasing all solicitors and estate agents in the long chain on a regular basis and would continuously keep me updated .The biggest thing I noticed is that their main priority is your happiness not a sale and this really shows in their working relationship with you, thank you ladies so much for everything.

Frightening and traumatic experience: When I got back to Brocco on the Park, a Fine and Country hotel, at 1.30am, sober, after attending a 50th (the reason for my stay) the door was locked. No one answered the phone, nor my knocking at the door, or the doorbell. After many panicked attempts, including calling my husband and waking him up to ask for help, I called my friends whose party it was and got a cab across town to sleep on their sofa. I had very little sleep. At least I had somewhere to go. The hotel had a night porter, but he must have been sleeping on the job. Also they were supposed to give me a code for the door, which they did not do. I was cold, tired and afraid to be stranded on my own in the middle of the night. My essential medications along with the rest of my carefully packed belongings were in the room.

Contacted them to view a house they have listed in Knowle Grove, Virginia Water. After 4 phone calls and a couple of days later someone called and started trying to sell me another house, even offered me rental properties when I clearly stated I don’t want to rent and I am not interested in other houses. After I insisted that I wanted to view the house I called about, I was then told all sorts of things to try to put me off it, which ranged from its run down to its near a motorway and therefore very noisy. I still insisted that I wanted to view it and I was then told that the seller is selling the house to the current tenants and the listing will be coming down. A week later and the house is still listed, I feel extremely sorry for the seller who is being denied an opportunity to sell their house by these agents. Horrendous customer service and I would definitely not deal with them.
