Googlehad a terrible experience, company moved my appointment around the day before and didn’t send me through the address. real address was an hour away from where it was scheduled, had to cancel as i needed to be working at that time, and couldn’t spare an additional hour in the middle of a weekday due to work there colleague decided it was appropriate to phone me up and insult me over the phone, incredibly unprofessional and rude

Great communication throughout the sale process on a regular basis and if felt like the team were taking a genuine ownership of the sale itself. Everyone I spoke to were extremely helpful and Jay did a fantastic job to enable us to get to the right conclusion.

GoogleIt's been a pleasure working with Chancellors particularly James and Richard at the Aylesbury branch from day 1. My property was rented out super quickly. James is a star! Very good communication and regular updates. We had 3 viewings in 3 days, and tenants agreed imminently. I would give more gold stars if there was! 5 stars all around! I recommend Chancellors for all rental needs.

Despite the fact that we ended up with another agency, they have made it extremely clear that that are still happy to help support us if our current property falls through. Googlean appointment for viewing a property was scheduled. Due to unforeseen circumstances, it became necessary to reschedule this appointment. The process of rescheduling revealed a series of unprofessional behaviors and systemic issues within the staff and management. There were instances of overt rudeness, including raising their voices and making sarcastic remarks when asked for clarification.
