Please don't take letting properties from these people. They will rip you off after you vacate from the property saying it is not clean. I got affected from them saying cleaning required even though flat is clean. Please find the below pictures even though flat is clean, they want to charge from me. Not sure how can be cleaning charges be charged for this flat too.

It's been a pleasure working with Chancellors particularly James and Richard at the Aylesbury branch from day 1. My property was rented out super quickly. James is a star! The process of rescheduling revealed a series of unprofessional behaviors and systemic issues within the staff and management. Warren peach valued our house. Didn't know the area came across like a car sales man. He told me no sale no fee... however I know someone that was on the market with them. No commutation no Tuesday's call for an update. All they did on a Tuesday was ask me to reduce my price.surly.that is illegal. Calling. You callwd evey Tuesday to reduce. I could not recommend a letting agency less

I could not recommend a letting agency any less. It is not clear to me that anyone at Chancellors understands the seriousness of being responsible for people's housing and how stressful the letting process can be. They simply do not care at all about tenants and will treat you quite hostilely.
