GoogleIf I could give them less than one star, I would, the worse agency i have seen. Since they took over management of my property, they did very little to look after it or my interest. EICR report was done by a company that provided a report no other company could understand to remediate. I couldn’t get other quotes to compare. Chancellors are not in the habit of comparing contractors and they make it hard for landlords to do, costing me more money. To top it off, tenants stopped paying and all I received was emails they are chasing, but not end in sight. Avoid!!

GoogleNo communication. We didn't use them but brought a house from people who were using them. Throughout the whole process they phoned CONTINULOUSLY, 3 times a day at one point, with different people asking me the same question and claiming they hadn't heard what I had said to someone else. They also threatened every week saying our sellers were going to pull out that Friday for 3 whole months but of course they didn't. This put unnecessary stress on my partner and me for no reason. Finally they phoned my solicitor and told them we were thinking of pulling out so I ended up with a phone call from my solicitor asking what they meant. I had to tell them it was a lie and not to believe them. I didn't trust them and I would never use them.

GoogleI am very much impressed by James's professionalism, gesture and behavior (5* rating), however, unfortunately not much satisfied with Chancellor's overall management and support! It's been already 48 hours, however, inspite of my multiple follow-ups, no one is supporting us on the initial setups like meter reading, inventory walkthrough etc. Moreover, it seems, there was lack of due diligence to cross-check the property state before we move-in!

GoogleBoth Richard and Ricky were fantastic throughout the entire process. Their communication was excellent and Ricky’s feedback was very helpful. Richards’s valuation was £100pcm higher than an identical flat in the same building but through their hard work and excellent marketing they were able to secure me an asking price offer within a week. The admin team got all referencing processed quickly and efficiently. My tenant has now been in place several months and she has been perfect. My thanks go to all of the Aylesbury Lettings team and I would recommend them to anyone looking to let a property.
