We have excellent service from the team at Alexander & Co over many years. However, during the recent sale of our property Matt Wood provided us with a highly professional and personal service without which we would not have been able to manage the process as we live abroad now. We are grateful for the regular contact and no hesitation help he gave us brining the sale to a successful conclusion.

Alexander and Co in Aylesbury provide a very professional service and would therefore like to highly recommend them if you are looking to let your property. In particular Karen Baker Senior Lettings Negotiator and Amber Blower Property Manager are exceptional in their roles providing an extremely professional service including effective communication at all times. We recently purchased a property listed through Alexander & Co in Aylesbury. From arranging a viewing, to making an offer, the team were exceptionally helpful in getting this sorted, whilst also keeping us updated. Finn showed us round, and especially during COVID, made the viewing feel as comfortable as possible. Hannah played a vital role once we were going through the purchase, and helped greatly in chasing solicitors on both sides for updates / asking the difficult questions about why things may have been delayed. For that we are truly grateful, and would wonder how the process had been without her help. I would recommend Alexander & Co to any and everyone in Aylesbury / surrounding areas!

I have been a tenant of A& Co first time. I am very lucky to have Ann-Marie as my property manger. I always contact her by email and she is always responsive in an hour. She works with her passion and professional. When we have the difficulties with bulbs. She helped me a lot and provide a great follow up to us. I am highly appreciated and grateful that I got her help.

I have to echo other reviews of Paula and the lettings team, they are Very Good, After an awful time with two other agents in the town I was recommended Hartwell by a friend who said they sold his house and were very efficient. All I can say is they get things done, I never hear a word from my tenants and when I check up on them they say that all things are sorted promptly. They would get an Excellent if they were a tad cheaper but I do think you get what you pay for and peace of mind has a price and in this case I am happy to pay!

Olivia (Ms Olivia Laine) arranged a viewing for us in the same afternoon as our last-minute request, and we were able to rent the apartment that we loved. Lara (Ms Lara Harding) is our property manager now. Lara is always ready to help, and responds to our queries promptly.

We have been with Alex & Co for nearly 8 years (it may have been less as we were originally with Hartwell) and have had fantastic service throughout. Any issue was quickly seen to and they were always understanding and helpful. We have since bought our own place and our sign out has been stress-free. Amy has been our main contact and has been a pleasure to work with.

Complete, consumate, professionalism from start to finish. From valuation to handing in the keys, the whole process was seamless. Anna and the team were always on hand to help us and answer any questions we had. I picked up the phone more times than Noel Edmunds but Hartwells always had time for me. I can't recommend this estate agents highly enough. Friendly, knowledgeable staff who give their all to provide you with a fantastic service! 5 stars!!

During a recent search for a rental property, Thiago-(Aylesbury @Alexander &co) was really helpful in suggesting different options and walking me through the application process for my chosen option. He went out of his way, working outside his working hours to assist. A credit to his parent company.

Lovely, non pushy but still able to stay in touch and gave real advice when I needed it before being able to sell my property... Alexander & Co were also available to me during the sales process which tends to be stressful... I appreciate Alexander & Co as my local estate agent and am happy to recommend them... Thank you Alexander & Co for your hard work.

Friendly and professional service. Looked at properties with Lara who was thoughtful about getting the right property for me. Paperwork was relatively painless and could mostly be completed remotely. Edit: I have now finished my tenancy and I cannot fault them. The property manager Danny was easy to contact and very helpful throughout, even once the tenancy was over. A thoroughly professional service from start to finish.

Alexander & Co sold a house to my mum moving down from Yorkshire and were so helpful and considerate of what a huge upheaval it was for a lady in her 70's. The chain was complicated and her agent and solicitor were utterly useless so Angela ended up doing everyone's job to ensure that this completed in time! Always polite and totally unflappable Angela made a stressful experience much less so!.

I have worked closely with the property management team for almost a year now, as a plumbing and heating contractor. Ann- Marie, Ella and Amber have done a fantastic job liaising with tenants and myself , raising job sheets, organising jobs and together we have completed and overcome all obstacles thrown at us! I look forward to continuing our great working relationship and accomplishing much more!

I would recommend Alexander and Co. to anyone looking to sell their property. Matt Wood the Sales Manager, and indeed his whole team are professional, friendly and cannot do enough to help. Matt worked tirelessly to get our property sold, which he did at a price we were very happy with. Although we didn't move in the end, this was due to problems further up the chain and absolutely nothing to do with Alexanders. Overall, excellent service, and we were made to feel like truly valued customers, Matt took the time to fully understand our needs rather than just rushing to list our property, his personable approach goes a long way.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

We've used Alexander & Co to manage one of our rental properties for many years. Recently, there was a problem with the boiler, and Anne-Marie Kirby went out of her way to have the issue resolved under the manufacturer's guarantee. This is just the latest example of the excellent service we continue to enjoy.
