GoogleVery worst service, they took 300£ from me as deposits for properly to rent . We give every documents and they took at least one month for whole process.now they said in morning they can’t give us property. Now we are on notice periods and we need to shift 15/Nov 2022 . Also they said we can’t give your money back . We can’t help you. Rubbish company and I’m not gone trust further any more .

The landlord accepted your offer on 3rd November in good faith, however the reference and application process was unable to be completed satisfactorily to proceed with your tenancy application. GoogleWe recently purchased a property listed through Alexander & Co in Aylesbury. From arranging a viewing, to making an offer, the team were exceptionally helpful in getting this sorted, whilst also keeping us updated. Finn showed us round, and especially during COVID, made the viewing feel as comfortable as possible. Hannah played a vital role once we were going through the purchase, and helped greatly in chasing solicitors on both sides for updates / asking the difficult questions about why things may have been delayed. For that we are truly grateful, and would wonder how the process had been without her help. I would recommend Alexander & Co to any and everyone in Aylesbury / surrounding areas!

GoogleWe used Hartwells to market a very old family home for us . They were excellent . As I live 70 miles away it was not easy to travel back and forth but Hartwells made it as easy as possible for me . Issues / difficulties were dealt with most professionally . They oversaw the vacation of the property for me , took meter readings etc and e mailed them to me . They then kept an eye on the property whilst vacant until completion . I highly recommend them and wish them every success for the future .

However, during the recent sale of our property Matt Wood provided us with a highly professional and personal service without which we would not have been able to manage the process as we live abroad now. GoogleComplete, consumate, professionalism from start to finish. From valuation to handing in the keys, the whole process was seamless. Anna and the team were always on hand to help us and answer any questions we had. I picked up the phone more times than Noel Edmunds but Hartwells always had time for me. I can't recommend this estate agents highly enough. Friendly, knowledgeable staff who give their all to provide you with a fantastic service! 5 stars!!

GoogleWorst agency I had the bad luck to deal with. No one is taking responsibility for anything and the issues are getting bounced between team members. Their customer service is the poorest I’ve seen in my life and they just try to get money in their pockets without doing their job. Embarrassing

GoogleI have to echo other reviews of Paula and the lettings team, they are Very Good, After an awful time with two other agents in the town I was recommended Hartwell by a friend who said they sold his house and were very efficient. All I can say is they get things done, I never hear a word from my tenants and when I check up on them they say that all things are sorted promptly. They would get an Excellent if they were a tad cheaper but I do think you get what you pay for and peace of mind has a price and in this case I am happy to pay!
