GoogleAlexander & Co were great in helping me find a property, with Lara Wadey, in particular, going the extra mile to help me secure it. After it was completed, she has still been on hand to assist me with getting all the little bits organised which has been a great help.

GoogleLara was amazing in helping me get my little house. I was struggling to find a pet friendly property and she negotiated with the landlord which I was very grateful for. She knows her stuff and nothing is too much trouble.

GoogleI have been searching for a rental property for quite sometime, I haven't actually let through this agency, however, their service has been nothing short of amazing. I have been dealing with Karen and she has been incredible throughout, she is the only agent I've ever dealt with that genuinely wants to help. She is incredibly thoughtful and has been a pleasure to speak to amongst a myriad of different agencies etc.

GoogleCant fault A&Co - great service from start to finish! Sharon visited to value my property and was professional from the off. Sharon had lined up a number of buyers and my house sold very quickly. Fortunately the house i wanted to buy was also with A&Co so only had to deal with them! Hannah dealt with a lot of the day to day queries and was always professional and thorough. Angela took over once sales were going through and dealt with some tricky situations i had thrown at me due to personal circumstances. She was very understanding and made me feel reassured that the situation was surmountable. Thanks guys i would recommend you to anyone looing to sell/buy :)PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleVery impressed with the company in providing a video tour and floor plan of each rental property in advance. Lara Wadey the lady who showed me around various properties, was very professional, knowledgable of each property, and couldn’t have been more helpful. With her positive ‘can do’ approach I just knew she would solve my rental dilemma to facilitate moving out of my own property on contract exchange. And she has. Thank you.

GoogleMany thanks to Alexander&Co Lettings team for keeping us informed about new rental listings from the first contact until we found a suitable property. We've been speaking to at least 7 lettings agencies in and around Aylesbury over the last month and a half. During this time we've only received regular updates and property match messages from Alexander&Co. We really appreciated it and would highly recommend them.
