GoogleWe have been with Alexander & Co for a number of years. Our experiences are mostly very positive. Depends on the account manager. We have had a new account manager: Philip George, who has provided an excellent service. Very proactive, efficient, takes on board our needs, friendly and personal. Keep up the good work Philip! We have a new account manager: Imtiyaz Riaz. He is also very professional and provides an excellent service. Listens to what we need and acts promptly. Great work Imtiyaz!

GoogleAlexander & Co Aylesbury deal with our rental property. They are very easy to deal with when they say they will do something they do it. They make being a landlord less stressful. Ann-Marie their Senior Property Manager its always on hand to help and advise us. She makes sure we are up to date with the current Rental Regulations, and that the Tenant and we are informed and happy with what is going on. Well done Alexander and co and Ann-Marie.

FacebookIf you are a tenant, do not go to Alexander & co. A horrible agency that cares only Of landlords and how to make them richer, but it cares nothing about tenants and actually humiliates them and treats them like dirty rubbish. Now I have bought a house, but should I move, I will never ever ask to Alexander & co.

GoogleVery bad service never suggest enyone weaste of time rightmove acept refrence but don’t know what’s the issue agency have? We provide each and every Details to agency but they don’t forward to Rightmove. Some of employe of agency they behave rude with clinet. Disappointed ☹️

GoogleWe have been tenants for almost 4 years with Alexander & Co our first year & half our experience with our Property Manager wasn’t great. But since Ann-Marie has taken over as our Property Manager she has been amazing and so helpful, I would recommend all tenants to have Ann-Marie as their PM. Even though we have never met face to face, I know I can always approach her with anything and I always get a response in the next hour. Her customer service is excellent. We appreciate her help and Alexander & Co you have a an amazing employee there!

She went beyond my expectations from start of communication till the time I was finalising property. Even for viewing she stayed long as I was driving from long distance. GoogleSince moving into a house, as a tenant, with Alexander and CO, in January this year I have been so pleased with the service. Ann-Marie, who works with my property, has been incredibly helpful and very prompt at replying to emails with any concerns or points I would like to discuss. Can only say good things about Ann-Marie and how fantastic she has been, especially recently when I have been in touch with her a lot and she has always replied on the same day being very helpful every time.

GoogleI have been both a landlord and a tenant with A&Co for 2 years now, and have nothing but good things to say about them. The Property Services Team in Aylesbury has done a fantastic job keeping my landlord life stress free, and I have felt very well looked after during a recent change of tenancy. Karen & Andy found new tenants in less than a week, and Philip has kept me well informed, and patiently handled my numerous requests and queries (sometimes remembering issues I myself had forgotten about!). I have felt very well looked after. Overall a modern, professional, and well run agency with staff who really care about their landlords and their tenants. 5 stars, would thoroughly recommend.

GoogleAlexander & Co contacted me after I posted on social media about another local agent failing to arrive for an appointment to assess my property for letting. I found them to be helpful and friendly and especially tolerant of my lack of understanding about the market as I was a first time Landlord. Soon after my property went on the market, along came Covid-19 and I thought that this may cause a lengthy delay, however the staff coped with the restrictions and adjustments caused by the pandemic extremely well and without fuss. I have been and continue to be satisfied with their service and will be leaving my property in their capable hands for the foreseeable future.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism, Value

GoogleRIP OFF..RIP OFF..RIP OFF They will do everything to keep ur deposit after u move out. Charging u for this like curtains cleaning (£100) and curtains u bought, carpets that were damage b4 u moved in and stayed with in the house for almost 7 years..a house that was not decorated b4 u moved in but will charge u when move out for decoration...they will come up with their own figures and try everything to keep your deposit. Give them all the evidence in the world to prove ur case, they will ignor u and they are just interested in keeping ur money. Rent from them if u want kiss GOODBYE to ur DEPOSIT. RIP OFF Absolutely poor service from Derek Turney.No customer relation whatsoever....NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
