GoogleI have had a fantastic experience with Lara and the whole team at Alexander & Co. She was very prompt when responding to my viewing request, she went over and beyond to ensure that I had a viewing time that worked around my work schedule. On agreeing to rent the property through to completing references, Lara stayed in regular contact to ensure I had a smooth and efficient experience with the referencing agency. Any time I would contact her whether via email or over the phone she was always readily available to help me. Super happy after moving into our new property with the help of a fantastic agent. I would highly recommend Alexander & Co!

GoogleThe team were great from start to finish !! Had weekly updates on the sale. Unfortunately my Buyer had the worst Solicitors going, never answered the phone and were so slow at responding, but Angela keep pushing for updates and made a very stressful time much better for us. GoogleTrying to rent for the first time with pets on hand has been difficult to say the least. Over our months of searching, each encounter we've had with Karen and Andy from Alexander & Co has been a pleasure. We were periodically sent matching properties to have a look over. Whenever we had a viewing booked, everything was well-organized and we were kept up to date with all the relevant details. We finally managed to find a place with their help and can say we're happily settling in for a first Christmas in our own lil (rented) place. Couldn't have done it without Karen and Andrew and we're so very grateful for all they've done to help us!
