Terrible company. Having worked and rented through them, I certainly would not want anything to do with them again. I was bullied by a manager so decided to leave, I sent a very long email to the owner, copying my ex manager's manager in. They didn't even have courtesy to reply! Or look into it, bearing in mind I had been loyal for 4 years, she had only been working there a matter of months. They are all about the targets, they do not care who they let their landlord's property to, they just want to let to first applicants that come along and make their target for the month. They dump on very good loyal staff who go above and beyond and just throw them out the door in the end. They are shocking towards their employees. You may think I am just a disgruntled ex employee but it was my decision to leave because of the bullying and it is the best thing I have ever done. Do not go near them!

Alexander and Co have recently handled the sale of my shared ownership property and it has been a very smooth transaction. The property was photographed and listed online for sale within a few days of me first contacting them and they arranged a couple of viewings a week until a buyer was found. This was a welcome contrast to my housing association who only managed to get one person to view the property in the 2.5 months they had to market the property for sale. They also put a lot of work in to helping my buyer with the shared ownership documentation which is particularly long winded and have been very responsive to calls and emails. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them to others and would use them again in the future if the opportunity arose.

Lara Wadey helped me get my place and I mean really helped me! She went away for a while and someone was suppose to keep me informed on what was going on but that wasn't the case.. I had to chase up what was going on and when I did I got passed around and was also told I would get a call back but didn't so again didn't know what was going on. I think most of the staff just sit around doing nothing apart from Lara. She gets things moving and things done!! The 5 stars I've given is for Lara and what she's done for me to get my place. Thank you

As an organisation they have always gone the extra mile to ensure the both myself and the tenants are satisfied. The worse letting agent ever.they dont even deserve the one star ..read my review and judge by your own so you cant deal with this agency again ..we had veiw a house with two people from the agency and they tell us that the house will he fixed and repair cuse the house having mould and cracks issue also they tell us the house coming with white goods and gave us paper about all that details also the description of the property proves that in the letting website ..when we pay all of their money and take the keys the house was un repaired dirty and there is no white goods in the kitchen while the contract said the house is burnished..the mould in the walls of the wardrobe and the cracks altho they tell us its from the last tenant ..when we went back to them theh chanage the description of the house in the website and delete the house description in the e mails ..and they tell us we have to move on and excepr the house condition while the landlord refused ro repair the house ..we refuced to move on and we gave tgem their keys back we coild take them to the courr for misleading regression and misleading advertising..but we didnt have time for that ..so i think this agency is bunch of gangs not even truthful or respectful liers ..thank god our resnt land lord gave us time to find another house or we could be homeless..😡😡

We've been tenants of a property managed by Hartwells (now A&Co) for over 4 years now. The service received has been 2nd to none. We've had some issues with the property itself, most recently the boiler failing. Our property manager, Carmen, has been prompt to deal with the issues and has kept us updated every step of the way. She is a real credit to the team. I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking to rent a property. I understand first hand what it's like to have poor property management, with no such experiences here.

Awful agents they don't care about tenants only the landlord, have never had money deducted from Any rental deposit but with a rubbish landlord these clowns allowed him to do it. Rude, unprofessional and mercenaries in increasing rents every 6months. Unless your the in going tenant and they have pound signs in their eyes and then they have their tongues right up your jacksey. Bannisters really nice and fair between tenants and landlords but Alexandra/Claire Lloyd awful and will never deal with them again. And yes as mentioned in other reviews they will give your keys to random to let themselves in unaccompanied. Do yourself a favour save yourself some money and stress and go to another letting agents and avoid these nasty minimum wage yet still overpaid clowns.

Can't rate these guys highly enough.. In my 3rd rental property through these guys and I have always found them to be proffesional, efficent and welcoming. I always seem to deal with Amy M who has always been fantastic! Always happy to help. I am now looking into buying a house this year and can not see any reason not to start with these guys....
