We had 3 different local agents come and value our property. Alexander & Co were the 3rd agents and straight away Matt Terrell just seemed to get us. He was professional yet warming and very easy to chat to. There was none of the normal BS that you expect from estate agents (and what we experienced from the other 2 agents). We decided to go on the market with all 3 agents (3rd party decision - we would rather have gone with just A&Co) however A&Co were the most efficient and had multiple viewings booked for us within hours of going live. Matt took great photos and gave a comprehensive write up of our property for rightmove, showcasing our property in a unique way, rather than a boring standard summary. Matt clearly has a way with people as he brought a couple round to our property after showing them round some other places and spending time talking to them to discover their needs. In doing so he sussed out that our property ticked all the boxes. Due to Matt and the teams hard work, we received an offer which we accepted. All within 8 days of going to market. If youre looking for an agent, then you wont go wrong with these guys!

Matt Wood is an experienced sales manager who's clients are always put first. He works outside the hours needed to help the client and to get contracts exchanged, goes through complex documents and always has a solution. Even though it was a long process he kept professional and communicated clearly within a long chain and kept us communicating together, his management skills were clear and the chain wouldn't have exchanged without him at the top. Thank you for all your help I know we wouldn't have been able to do it without you! Just want to say a thank you to the rest of the team for putting up with transferring my calls!

We used Hartwells to market a very old family home for us . They were excellent . As I live 70 miles away it was not easy to travel back and forth but Hartwells made it as easy as possible for me . Issues / difficulties were dealt with most professionally . They oversaw the vacation of the property for me , took meter readings etc and e mailed them to me . They then kept an eye on the property whilst vacant until completion . I highly recommend them and wish them every success for the future .

We recently purchased a property listed through Alexander & Co in Aylesbury. From arranging a viewing, to making an offer, the team were exceptionally helpful in getting this sorted, whilst also keeping us updated. Finn showed us round, and especially during COVID, made the viewing feel as comfortable as possible. Hannah played a vital role once we were going through the purchase, and helped greatly in chasing solicitors on both sides for updates / asking the difficult questions about why things may have been delayed. For that we are truly grateful, and would wonder how the process had been without her help. I would recommend Alexander & Co to any and everyone in Aylesbury / surrounding areas!

I have to echo other reviews of Paula and the lettings team, they are Very Good, After an awful time with two other agents in the town I was recommended Hartwell by a friend who said they sold his house and were very efficient. All I can say is they get things done, I never hear a word from my tenants and when I check up on them they say that all things are sorted promptly. They would get an Excellent if they were a tad cheaper but I do think you get what you pay for and peace of mind has a price and in this case I am happy to pay!
