GoogleFriendly and professional service. Looked at properties with Lara who was thoughtful about getting the right property for me. Paperwork was relatively painless and could mostly be completed remotely. Edit: I have now finished my tenancy and I cannot fault them. The property manager Danny was easy to contact and very helpful throughout, even once the tenancy was over. A thoroughly professional service from start to finish.

She was very helpful throughout and responded to all our maintenance issues/questions promptly. When we mentioned that we are thinking of moving, helped to liaise with the landlord and her colleagues recommended some property as well. GoogleAlexander & Co sold a house to my mum moving down from Yorkshire and were so helpful and considerate of what a huge upheaval it was for a lady in her 70's. The chain was complicated and her agent and solicitor were utterly useless so Angela ended up doing everyone's job to ensure that this completed in time! Always polite and totally unflappable Angela made a stressful experience much less so!.

Ann- Marie, Ella and Amber have done a fantastic job liaising with tenants and myself , raising job sheets, organising jobs and together we have completed and overcome all obstacles thrown at us! TrustpilotBrackley Sales - DON'T TRUST THE MARKETING
My case is in the process of going through the Property Ombudsman after spending £1.5k on a property which was marketed and sold with no-onward chain, yet after paying ALL of my fees for conveyancing, survey, mortgage and searches, Alexander and Co tell me that I was in a chain. Given we were reliant on the property having no onward chain and having a 7 month pregnant partner with no home, I find it utterly disgraceful to be treated this way when they had suspicions about the vendor from the start! Do not base your purchase decisions and spend money on what they stated have on their marketing!

GoogleI would recommend Alexander and Co. to anyone looking to sell their property. Matt Wood the Sales Manager, and indeed his whole team are professional, friendly and cannot do enough to help. Matt worked tirelessly to get our property sold, which he did at a price we were very happy with. Although we didn't move in the end, this was due to problems further up the chain and absolutely nothing to do with Alexanders. Overall, excellent service, and we were made to feel like truly valued customers, Matt took the time to fully understand our needs rather than just rushing to list our property, his personable approach goes a long way.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Alexander & Co. managed student properties for me for 2 years and did a reasonable job with the tenants. I decided they knew insufficient contract and tenancy law, and their bookkeeping was rather sloppy, so gave them notice I was terminating our contract. They took over £3,000 from my rents as a "termination charge". I took legal action and nine months later, the court ordered they repay it to me, plus interest and costs. READ THEIR CONTRACT TERMS CAREFULLY. Having hired them you cannot fire them without almost an extra year's charges, unless you have terminated the tenancy, (Clause 20). Although tenancy was terminated, they took the charge anyway, (in violation of the contract), because they objected to some previous tenants re-renting directly from me. No other agent has ever taken unauthorised money from my rents or objected to me ending a contract. Hire a trusthworthy agent.
