Alexander and Co Aylesbury reviews

Everyone at Alexander and Co has been fantastic throughout the sale of our flat, we were originally with another agent, but due to lack of communication and interest we decided to switch. Our flat was then under offer in a matter of weeks with Alexander and Co. From getting on the market, to negotiating the offer and managing sale the whole team has been extremely helpful and patient. The communication has been excellent and has played an enormous part in the success of our sale and purchase.

Some early teething troubles at our flat were sorted out promptly by Lara and Abigail, and I was grateful for their efficiency and friendly attitude in solving them. I'd recommend the agency to others if you're looking for a rental property in Aylesbury.

I engaged Alexander and Co to let or sell after a property sale had fallen through. They were prompt, professional, courteous and friendly. Within hours of the property going on the lettings market, Lara Wadey had booked 7 viewings. I highly recommend their team

The worse letting agent ever.they dont even deserve the one star ..read my review and judge by your own so you cant deal with this agency again ..we had veiw a house with two people from the agency and they tell us that the house will he fixed and repair cuse the house having mould and cracks issue also they tell us the house coming with white goods and gave us paper about all that details also the description of the property proves that in the letting website ..when we pay all of their money and take the keys the house was un repaired dirty and there is no white goods in the kitchen while the contract said the house is burnished..the mould in the walls of the wardrobe and the cracks altho they tell us its from the last tenant ..when we went back to them theh chanage the description of the house in the website and delete the house description in the e mails ..and they tell us we have to move on and excepr the house condition while the landlord refused ro repair the house ..we refuced to move on and we gave tgem their keys back we coild take them to the courr for misleading regression and misleading advertising..but we didnt have time for that ..so i think this agency is bunch of gangs not even truthful or respectful liers ..thank god our resnt land lord gave us time to find another house or we could be homeless..😡😡

Can't rate these guys highly enough.. In my 3rd rental property through these guys and I have always found them to be proffesional, efficent and welcoming. I always seem to deal with Amy M who has always been fantastic! Always happy to help. I am now looking into buying a house this year and can not see any reason not to start with these guys.... All in all a pleasure to deal with as a company but......I do really miss the lego though!

Rented a property through this company for just over 4 years. They would expect me to be home to let people in to carry out maintenance and if I could not be at home they would give random people a key to let themselves in unescorted. It was not always communicated when someone was coming and on several occasions I had to change my plans last minute. Check in was carried out by the letting agent but checkout was carried out by a much more thorough 3rd party which was extremely detailed and resulted in some of my deposit not being returned, and this after 4 years of excellent 6 monthly inspections stating we were model tenants and the house was immaculate. A number of times, neighbours said that I had taken better care of the property than the owner. Finally, if you do rent from Hartwells AKA Alexander & Co ensure that all communication is via email, especially when you want to give notice to end your tenancy. We gave notice by telephone on the correct day however, 2 days later we were told that because we did not submit our notice in writing we have to extend by a further month. Suffice to say that I am overwhelmingly disappointed in the lettings and property management teams and would never recommend anyone use their services!

We've been tenants of a property managed by Hartwells (now A&Co) for over 4 years now. The service received has been 2nd to none. We've had some issues with the property itself, most recently the boiler failing. Our property manager, Carmen, has been prompt to deal with the issues and has kept us updated every step of the way. She is a real credit to the team. I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking to rent a property. I understand first hand what it's like to have poor property management, with no such experiences here.

Alexander and Co continue to impress. I have let my property for five years now with Alexander and Co and the service has been excellent. As an organisation they have always gone the extra mile to ensure the both myself and the tenants are satisfied. Whether contact is made by email or phone, you always receive a timely, professional and clear response. Most of my contact as a Landlord goes through Amy Calcutt, Property Manager, she is polite, efficient and very professional. I would highly recommend Alexander and Co to take care of and manage your property.

I contacted local estate agents to where I was moving to, one being Alexander and Co. I found them to be very helpful, easily contactable and friendly. They got back to me when other estate agents didn't, flexible with viewing times and found me a lovely home within a few weeks.

Agents often have a bad reputation but not this one if you want the best Agent speak to Matt Wood. Could not fault his professionalism and attitude, said he would sell my house when other agents could't and at a price that was above my expectations. If you want someone who is as I said professional and engaging then this is your man. I will have no hesitation in recommending your 1st class services to family and friends
