GoogleMATT WOOD Sales Manager. He was the agent in the middle of the chain not representing us however took on additional work and helped make it all happen. He made him self available outside working hours just to do what needed to be done. He goes above and beyond his role. I would like to see him in the position of a director soon. Thank You

GoogleWould not recommend them, rented a house with them never repaired the things which were broken despite frequent and repeated reminders. Had to fix by myself. On leaving the property they took money from deposit (didn't informed me prior to arranging expensive solution of the problem) and kept sending me robotic emails that landlord expect you to pay. Very unprofessional.

GoogleWe had a great house moving experience with Alexander and Co. Very professional and helpful throughout. I particularly liked the fact that the documents were all online which meant the process was quicker and that the inventory company was independent. Both Karen and Glenda looked after us very well throughout the process and we are happily settled into our new home.
