She's very reliable and will inform you of all the small details that others might think it's not important. She will go above and beyond for her clients and I do appreciate that.

GoogleI have worked professionally alongside Alexander and Co for a number of years as a contractor and have found them to be professional and fair towards their contractors, tenants and landlords. All the staff are approachable and efficient, it is a pleasure to carry out work on their behalf. Despite having recently moved offices and changed their name, they have still kept a seamless operation and their staff continue to give an excellent service.

GoogleBEWARE OF THESE LEECHES ! First of all this agency has an unexplained exorbitant agency fee in comparison to ANY OTHER letting agents around. They can only speak landlord's language and never in favour of tenants and absolutely don't bother to put the tenants through to any hardship and difficulties. Their primary focus is to take the fees in time and then they stop listening. Its more money driven than service and they simply don't care.

GoogleI would whole heartedly recommend using Alexander & Co to sell your property. Matt Wood gave us real informative expert advice, he did a lot of research before meeting us about the current housing market and properties similar to ours that had sold recently in the area so the information he gave us when valuing the property was backed up with actual facts. An agent you can trust :)

GoogleI was recently looking for rental accommodation (with a dog) and out of 34 agencies, Alexander & Co was the most prolific and helpful (only a handful replied). I didn't secure one in the end and will soon be looking to buy and will contact Alexander & Co in the first instance.

Our property manager (Ann-Marie) is very professional and constantly working hard to maintain and great relationship between client and landlord. We honestly wouldn’t choose any other estate agents. GoogleExcellent service received by Ann-Marie in the Aylesbury office. Whilst we were renting she always replied to our emails very quickly and was always happy to help out. We've just moved house so the end of tenancy process was very straight forward with no issues or complications. Overall very happy with Alexander & Co and would highly recommended for renting.

GoogleI can not praise Matt Wood enough for his help with a difficult sale. In the end he managed the whole chain, including house he wasn't the agent for. I wouldn't of been able to complete without him and his team. Update. I also can't praise Ann-Marie enough for her help property managing my rental. Thank you.
